Carolina Plumbing Pro's are very professional and stand by their work (which was excellent). When one of my faucets that I ordered from Fergusons' was malfunctioning, they took it to the store and got a replacement for me. Really went the extra mile. I 100% recommend and will hire again in future.

Dobri was very professional both on the phone and in person. He provided a reasonable time to arrive and called to say he would be earlier than that. He very quickly and skillfully completed the repair at a reasonable cost.

Jason called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived in the expected window. He quickly determined that the pressure problem was in the faucet. After a few minutes of detective work checking the cartridge, the screen, and the faucet line, he determined the water saver piece was clogged and causing the problem. Jason cleaned up after himself and talked through the process. I would definitely use this company again.

He was very punctual and came and saw the problem and figure out what he needed to do to get it fixed. He was able to solder the copper wire behind the wall without burning up everything. We then discussed the future state and he was able to recommend what I should do if this fix is temporary. It looks like it is working well though, and the solder is holding very well. No leak!

Over the weekend, we had an issue where our old water heater started leaking. Luckily, we caught it just in time or it could have caused a lot of damage. I was able to call Dabri from Carolina Plumbing and he arrived within an hour to our house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and we determined that a new water heater was needed. Luckily, they had a water heater that was the same size that they were able to install the next day. It was a great price for the water heater as well. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and how quick they were able to get everything setup and installed.

He arrived as promised and repaired the broken pipe. He accepted my Angie's List coupon towards the cost and I was happy with his service. I would hire him again if the need arose.

We called Carolina Plumbing Pros and they were able to schedule a plumber (Chris) to come to our home w/in a few hours...he called to let me know he could actually arrive early! Not only was Chris timely, he was extremely thorough in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing the leak. He was able to fix the issue w/o cutting a whole into my wall as another vendor had recommended before I called them for a 2nd opinion. Ultimately Chris saved me a tremendous amount of time, money and aggravation. He was extremely professional and I recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros and Chris w/o reservation.

A company is judged not by how well things go so much as how thing are handled when things go contrary to planned. I have a 10 year old house and when it was built someone made two mistakes.one they put the sprinkler system on to the water line incorrectly and the sewage pipe had been cracked when installed. All of this resulted I my having water seep through the outside wall. I hired John from Carolina Plumbing to fix the water leak and my husband and I decided to install a whole new waterline. that took care of one of he problems but the water kept seeping through the wall. The owner came back to see the job where it was discovered that the problem was two fold. After some discussion it was determined that no one could have foreseen the two problems but they made the situation right and came back and fixed the broke pipe at no additional cost to us. Now that is what they mean when they saw they do the job right the first time or they make it right. So if you want a company who stands behind their work and cares about the customer you want to definitely give these guys a try. The price was reasonable and the John was quite a conscientious man!!!!
