Excellent!!!

It was an excellent experience. We met Dmitriy, picked our granite slab at the distributor on the same day, Dmitriy came to the house to make a template the day after, and had we had our granite installed the following week. An impressive turnaround. Dmitriy and his team did an excellent job, the one seam we have is completely smooth and unnoticeable. Dmitriy was a nice, professional guy, and his price was very fair. If I ever need granite in the future I will be returning to Avsons.

Dmitriy, a family member of the business is a very hard worker, his line of work is not easy, as he is dealing with, well, people like me all day long. Everyone wants the best quality and service for the cheapest price these days and Top Quality, great prices and white glove customer service is what you will get working with these folks. They allowed us to go to their warehouse and pick from 1000's of granite slabs to make sure we got the perfect color. From start, explaining how the colors and stone process works to the install it was a very smooth process. I checked several local and distant places out from prices to quality and found that Avsons are the best! Other places sound good like 29.99 sq foot granite etc.... but once u see the colors they offer then add sink charges, cut out charges, install charges, high removal costs, not worth it. At least give them a call it will be worth your time.

I thought the price for what they did was a little too high. That said, I am a perfectionist and knew I would need someone willing to go the extra mile. The job only took 3 days and they always showed up on time, very punctual. The guys that work within the company are very, very nice guys and will listen to (and respond to) all your concerns. The bathroom looks awesome now! I definitely recommend. Update: They promised they would come back or call me with an estimate for my other bathroom, but never did so I am lowering my score for them.

I was referred to Avsons by a friend that is a Realtor. I called them to get a quote, and they came over the next day to measure. Dmitriy was very helpful with recommending different types of granite, edge profiles, etc. I wasn't looking to spend too much, as the house is in a transitional area. After receiving several other competing bids, Avsons was the best on price by nearly $1000 for the exact same stone. Once I had selected the granite, they came over again to make templates. The countertop was fabricated and installed it within a week. They had said it could take 12-14 days, so I was pleased that they we so quick. The granite was installed in a professional and efficient manner. They managed to make all of the tops without a seam. I was impressed by the fit and finish. It was a first rate job.

They were exceptional and they paid extreme attention to detail. I had done some initial sketches of what I wanted done, not only in the master bath but also in the wine cabinet in my kitchen, and they custom-made it for me. They carried the exact same brands of cabinets so that they could match them exactly to what existed in my house. We needed to make some subtle changes and they did not charge us for that because they wanted us to be happy. It was something silly like changing the width of the backsplash or the width of the granite for the wine cabinet, and they made those changes without any complaints or charging us for it. They were also very cost-conscious with us. I could actually get the faucets and the sinks for the master bathroom cheaper on the internet. They let us purchase those on our own to save the money. They took us to their fabrication location so that we could pick a remnant of the granite versus having to cut from a full slab, again saving us money, but still getting us exactly what we desired. They are a family-owned business and their pride of ownership, workmanship and quality came through every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone who needs some type of kitchen-master bath cabinet-free counter work done.
