Avsons Kitchen & Bath

We have been working with Avsons Kitchen & Bath for some time now, and our response time and image with customers have improved significantly. Oles, apart from his great sense of collaboration and problem solving, is very flexible when facing project’s complexities. Their products are of excellent quality and at very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

Countertops were installed, but measurements were not done correctly so there is a gap between the granite and the cabinet walls. A hole was punched in the kitchen wall. Paint was scraped off a cabinet . Complained for repair but were ignored.

Excellent! Kitchen looks fantastic! Flawless materials; attention to detail; caulking and joints are perfect!

Dmitriy was great to work with. He was friendly, prompt and professional as were the installers that he had working with him. He provided the services promised and also was a huge help in getting a plumber for me quickly when mine 'disappeared.' I chose to upgrade to a higher level of product, so the final cost was more, but end product is beautiful and well worth it!

We love it. We had to pay extra, because it was a longer counter tops. It was over $2,000 on top of the $1,499. It was cold that day. There were 3 guys out here that day getting it installed. It took probably about 3 hours. Workers were great.

The work and product are great. I had to go to a place on Westinghouse Blvd. to pick out my stone. The one thing I wish I knew is that they need to know ASAP after picking out the stone because it could possibly not be available. I waited too long-my fault so I had to go back and pick out another granite.

The counter top is a quarter and inch longer then it should be. The drawer now catches when closing. They didn't clean up the dry wall or plaster. We had to do a complete clean up after them. I even offered to clear my things out and they said no problem I didn't need to. I expect workers to clean up after themselves. The plumber tracked in mud, I am sorry if the cable company can put booties over their shoes so can a contractor,

We had a great experience with the whole process. After we contacted one of the owners, we were send to a warehouse the next day to choose what granite we want to install, and then were told that they will install within a week. They actually finished it even faster than a week! They took old tops off, cleaned after themselves, put new ones in, double checked everything and then educated us on what can be used as cleaning agent, and how to clean. We met with both owners and always had a clear understanding of all options and the whole process. The process of installation took only half a day! I would definitely recommend this company for you next kitchen renovation!!! Dimitry and Aleksandr and their team are excellent and know their trade with lots of years of experience!

Avsons was great. Dmitriy responded promptly, and kept the communication going through the entire process. The crew that installed the countertop was professional, through, considerate, and they cleaned up before leaving. Beautiful work! Dmitriy went out of his way to correct an error I made. I was off on a measurement for a future project. He found a scrap piece of granite, cut and delivered it at no charge. I haven't had great customer service like that.... ever! Thank you Dmitriy.

The granite work done by AV Sons exceeded our expectations! Dmitry was such a pleasure to communicate with, always quick to respond with lots of respect and patience to the questions that we had. The granite was cut beautifully, it fit perfectly (without ANY hiccups) into our kitchen and bathrooms, transforming the rooms from bland and boring to modern and tasteful. AV Sons are very professional, they know exactly what they are doing and I would trust them over and over again with my house.

The team was very helpful in selecting the right material for the look I was after, delivered and installed a beautiful finished product.

One of the owners arrived on time to do estimate. He gathers our desires and expectations and suggested couple of the features that really improve the look of her kitchen on the final picture. He was very professional by explaining the whole process, timelines an expectation. He gave us 5 business days to complete the order, butt surprisingly couple hours later we got a call saying that he has the ability to do it quicker. So in two days we had our granite countertops installed. The installation crew did everything very professionally. They work quick but also with respect to our belongings in the house. They cover floors in order not to scratch them and have been cleaning around themselves all the time (minor dust and sealers drops). So when they left everything look nice and clean. One of the owners also arrived to supervise installation. He explained how to take care of the countertops and offered to call him at any time when we have any questions. We are young family, and we are highly satisfied with the quality and service that this company provide. Would definitely recommend AVSONS to our family and friends.

I was more than satisfied and impressed. The team at Avson's are responsive, professional and perfectionists. When I called, I really thought the price was going to be a "suck you in and charge way more" price, but it wasn't!!!!! I went over on the amount of countertops I needed/wanted and they were extremely reasonable with that additional charge. Their entire price was cheaper than Formica from Lowe's. Avsons website shows beautiful jobs having been done and invites consumer(s) to drop by their showroom in Matthews to see firsthand product. I wanted to talk to a person face to face and see product before purchasing on Angie's List. But..........Wasted my time to drive from Concord to showroom only to find there is no showroom...............it was, and appears to have been closed for a long time. It seems that they would update their website to say they have nothing to show.

With 10% higher than competitors prices, I expected better quality of work. Unfortunately, this team did not meat my expectations. Countertop seams were placed in different location than originally promised, with ~1/8 seams created in highly visible areas. The countertop was delivered with defects, chips and tools touches that were partially repaired on site. In one place, granite top is not aligned with the cabinet front. I made a mistake choosing this contractor.

My wife and I received recommendations from two friends who used Avsons for their counter-tops. I first got a quote from two other highly rated Angie's List providers, and they were considerably higher priced compared to Avsons. I was able to upgrade to an exotic granite for the other providers' level one granite quotes. Yesterday the counter-tops were installed. The pattern in the granite (Persa white) matched perfectly on each side of the one seam where the granite was cut, so well that most people need help finding it. The plumber came today and installed the sink, garbage disposal, water filter and even a new shut-off valve in the garage. The charge for the plumber was separate but very reasonable. Every person I dealt with was very professional and the results speak for themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

We purchased granite from a wholeseller and had Avsons fabricate and install it in our kitchen and bathrooms. The quality of the fabrication was superior. We had chosen granite that had large colorful patterns, which Avsons was able to preserve so that our kitchen is beautiful. They cut the granite to allow the pattern to carry from the countertop to the backsplash. In addition, on two separate occasions, Avsons installed the granite expertly and did not damage any of our custom woodwork. They tightly secured the basins to the granite countertops in the bathrooms. They cleaned up nicely after both installations.

Upon our initial outreach, Dmitry returned the call and asked for dimensions and photos of the sink. They were sent to him within a day and we never heard back from him on the job. Wanted to let folks know as we have had several instances of non-responsiveness from different vendors and the behavior is unacceptable.

The job went very smoothly. We are very pleased with our new countertops and backsplash. We would definitely recommend this contractor. Dmitriy Grinchak is the person we dealt with most. He was easy to work with; did a great job, and we hope to use is services again in the future. We are late posting this message, because we were not a member of Angie's List at the time our work was done.
