Albert & Son Plumbing

Had an underground leak. Rather than go digging around the yard trying to find it, Albert refered to another company that had locating equipment. Once the leak was located, Albert's son returned and made the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. Price and Service were exceptional and I will never hesitate to call or to recommend. Completely satisfied.

Excellent service, extremely professional and efficient. Job took over 3 hours and technician worked smoothly, made sure I understood the process and small cosmetic issues with replacing one set of equipment with another. Results look and work great. I was informed a warranty for both the parts and the services, and parts were labeled with manufactures phone number if I needed to contact for replacements.

The plumber was not knowlegeable about the safety device recommended by our house inspector. They asked to come out and see what we needed, and called the inspector to ask if the device was required by code. The safety device was not required but strongly recommended. The plumber had never heard of it, which he coukd have told me when I first called ti ask for service.

Albert and Son Plumbing responded very quickly on a weekend to my call about a clogged sewer line. It was a problem that wouldn't respond to standard plumbing methods but Albert would not quit. He worked all weekend to get my plumbing back in service. Part of the problem was the age of our pipes (home built 1960) so Albert updated our system so that any future problems could be remedied faster and easier than this situation. I was impressed with the speed of service and Albert's approach to the problem. He listened patiently to my explanation of what was happening, asked a few questions, diagnosed the problem and then explained to me what needed to be done. He showed me his price list and when I nodded consent, he went to work with an energy one doesn't often see. His approach to the problem was very professional, businesslike and courteous. I was very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise and felt he was very fair and honest in his recommendations and charges. The big plumbing problem was made up of several smaller problems and he solved these one by one and in his explanations I could tell he was trying to use the simplest, least expensive methods to get the best outcome. I felt like he was as interested in getting the water flowing as I was. I never felt like he was trying to sell something I didn't need. I really liked the way he worked, the way he explained things, the quality of his work and the prices he charged. He cleaned up behind himself and carried away large, very heavy pieces of old cast iron pipe. I think Albert and Son Plumbing produces excellent results at a fair price. Great service, top quality, very reasonable cost. What more can I say?

Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it.

After discovering a leaky water heater, we got Albert and Son to provide an estimate, then compared prices. Their fair estimate and excellent rating convinced us to use them to replace the water heater. They were punctual in starting, did a good, complete job, adhering to local code requirements and left a clean work area. We would recommend them.

It really didn't go. Albert's son came out. He was pleasant and courteous. I explained that the toilet was making flushing sounds about 3 or 4 times a day. He said it was probably a very slow leak, looked in the tank and discovered a crack in the bottom. I assumed he would seal it or tell me I needed a new toilet or do whatever was necessary. The next thing I knew, he had packed up his things and was ready to leave. When I asked him about it, he said they would try to find a tank to fit so that I wouldn't have to replace the whole toilet. I didn't know that could be done, but saving money seemed like a good thing so I said fine. I asked what they charged if they wound up having to replace the whole toilet and was pleased with his quote. He left and I never heard from him again. I've never had a plumber just leave the problem he came to fix unless he needed a part and then they came back immediately. So strange.

Turns out the toilet had been and quot;runningand quot; for several days. It wasn't heard, but the water bill and quot;foundand quot; it.. They were prompt and professional.

Albert is great, friendly and we love him. He fixed our faucet and did not charge us for it. We have used him several times. Sometimes his son comes and he is not that good. We have had to have Albert fox his son's mistakes.

Albert (the owner) responded on a Saturday within two hours. This was not an emergency call. He was professional and economical. Will use again!

His prices are excellent. I think they are originally from Russia or Ukraine and he is just sensational. We have recommended him to everybody. He is the best. There is no one better than him.

He examined the faucet and believed it was an internal filter that was really causing the problem. Family business, work performed by son of owner. He not only fixed a problem but saved me money. I had a new faucet that I told back to the store. Also, reminded me to request new replacement parts from Moen (lifetime replacement) from their website.Then he worked on washing machine water supply filter and balanced the machine. I appreciated his willingness to seek the simple answers to the problems and giving practical advice

They are so responsive and both Albert and his son called to let me know how quickly they would be here. The son finished the job and assured me that his work was warranteed for a year and made sure that there was no water leaking at all before he left.

On service day he and his son showed on time and installed the heater, as well as reseating two toilets and installing a diswasher, all for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Albert and Sons and will continue to use him in the future.

It went very well. This is a father/son outfit and they are both so exceptionally nice and service orientated. They were a pleasure to have in the house.

The drain pipe to the washer was overflowing when we used the kitchen sink or clothes washer. I called Albert and Sons and within a couple of hours Albert (the Owner) arrived. He did a great job snaking the line out 75' to ensure the clog was pushed out to the bigger sewer line. He even offered to help clean the floor around the overflow before he left. He said his work was guaranteed for 6 months. He was very personable and very professional. I will definitely use him in the future.

He told me to call him if the pipe still leaked. He came back for something and he didn’t charge me for it. It was a little thing that needed to be tightened. He was there the same day and came probably within 30 minutes of me calling. We were pleased with them. They seemed very honest and professional. They are a small company and they seemed to know what they were doing.

As always service was excellent, timely and professional.

Albert and Son have provided all the plumbing services for my company and for me peraonally for the last year. I couldn't be more pleased. They have been to the company location approximately 5 times for various issues from faucet repair, to water heater replacement, to multiple toilet repairs. In all cases they have been prompt and very professional. The prices they charge are reasonable, in fact, it is always a little below my expectation. (I've always been very wary of the large volume plumbing companies who seem to charge you for breathing, but that's another story). Both Albert and his son Slava have excellent skills and knowledge. I don't think they have any other employees. They most recently replaced 3 toilets and a disposal at my home. Again, the price was very reasonable, below expectation, and the service was marvelous. They even handled a warranty replacment issue on one of the toilets that I purchased directly from the store which, in all honestly, was not their problem. They went over and above expected service when they stopped back after hours to replace a water service line with a shorter hose that they thought would look nicer. If you want a reliable, honest plumber, look no further.

I had a toilet that was leaking at the tank and a kitchen faucet that needed replaced. I also had two other toilets that were running and making unusual noises when flushed. I called Albert and Son plumbing on a Sunday morning to leave a message on their answering machine. I was surprised when Albert answered the phone. I explained what I needed done and he told me to go to Lowes and pick up a faucet and he would come out and put it in. I told him his was not an emergency but he came out that same Sunday, and fixed all the toilet issues and replaced the faucet. He does not charge any extra for weekends. Great customer service

Fortunately, they warranty their work for a year, because they have been out four times since the original installation.

Mr. Albert's son came to the house when he said he would be there. He was friendly and business like when he arrived. He wanted to see the two items to be replaced. Afer viewing the job he asked if we wanted the old water closets and we said no. He began the work. After he finished he ask us to inspect the job. We were very pleased with the job. After he finished the installation of the water closets that we called him for my wife had purchased an instant water dispenser and wanted it installed. He asked where we wanted and quoted a price and we had him install it. He did a very good job at clean up and took all the old parts away.
