On time and did a great job at a great price. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Robby did a knock out job!! Came for a last min job where I got grease on the carpet. Saved me from the wife big time. A++ responsiveness.

This is the 2nd time we used their service and they were very quick to come out and highly professional. The carpet in our walk in closet and guest bedroom were badly stained by our dogs. the company is family owned and the customer service was great. Robb, who came out could not promise to get all the stains out since our petsitter rubbed the stains into the carpet when she attempted to clean them. The walk in closet came out great and the guest bedroom, which had the worst stains came out, however the next day about 10% of the stain reappeared. Robb, who treated the carpet told us that this might happen as it was such a bad pet stain. We were happy with the results and may have it retreated to see if we can get it out 100%.

Went very well, very nice on phone and able to schedule exactly when I wanted it done, explained options and price points. Since most of the furniture was already out of the 2 bedrooms (I had some construction done in those rooms) I choose the option that did not include moving any furniture. Tech arrived on time, worked quickly and got the 1 stain out as well as got the construction dust out of the carpet. As expected the carpets were pretty damp, but after running ceiling fans and hvac fan over night they were dry and I was able to move everything back in the bedrooms the next morning

Appointment scheduling efficient. Able to make appointment at convenient time. Rob arrived on time and dragged hoses and cords up 3 flights of stairs. Wasn't sure if he had enough length for a 3rd floor apt but he was determined to try. Great attitude! He performed the job quickly and thoroughly. He asked repeatedly at end if I needed any areas repeated. Carpet was spotless !Great experience with this service provider

They were very responsive and were out within a few days. I was a little disappointed. The price was very good but they were unable to get the stains out the carpets.

It was very easy to set up the appointment, the owner was very flexible and accommodating even calling back to make sure dates and times worked. Rob called before coming over the day of, he was polite and worked quickly. The customer service portion was awesome. Rob got a decent sized stain out. The carpets were very wet upon completion- I had to walk on them briefly and the bottom of my socks came away saturated. Once dry carpet was crunchy and clean-er, though not quite as clean as I had hoped. Pros: Price,Speedy, Easy set up, Good follow up Cons: Speed- too quick to remove enough moisture etc resulting in so-so carpets

Shampooed 1872sq. ft. in about an hour and a half. That's the fastest shampooer in the Carolina's. I looked over the carpets and pointed out with very calm demeanor, several areas that still looked VERY dirty. I was told that it wouldn't come out no matter how many times he went over it and then he left. When I talked with the owner of the company he said that the shampooer said I was difficult (because the work I hired him to do was only half done & that's my fault? HELLO?!) and they would not be able to get my carpet cleaned, he wouldn't charge me and lets just all keep it to ourselves. Funny, I had a friend to come over and shampoo over those spots with my shampooer and every little bit of dirt came right out. If you just want the surface dirt off, this is the company for you however, if you expect a quality job I'm sad to say that you might want to look elsewhere.

All in all this was a good service. They were on time and very nice. They really moved through the rooms quickly, which made me question how great a job they were doing, but the reality was that they did a good job.

Overall, a pretty good job. The technician showed up on time and was professional. When he was finished the carpets were cleaner but not quite as clean as I hoped. The technician stated that some of the stains were just too deep.

Very professional and accommodating. Eileen answered on a Sunday and had me scheduled for Tuesday. Rob called 30 mintues prior to arrival and ddid an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

Eileen with Affordable contacted me right away to schedule an appointment. She told me that she would be sending Rob to clean my carpeting. The afternoon before the appointment, Eileen called to confirm. Rob arrived a bit early for the appointment. He was very personable and professional. He asked me to show him the areas to be cleaned and he got right to work. Rob did a great job including cleaning some problem areas with stains. My carpeting looks like new. I will definitely use Affordable again.

Job was adequate , good deal for the money. There were spots that they didn't get out. My wife got them out with spot shot. Vendor should carry with them cleaners that can handle stains. They only used their steam cleaner . Carpet didn't thoroughly dry for 12 hours.

Everything went well. Did a good job with the carpets and cleaning the sofa

My only disappointment was that my spots were still there. Didn't notice any pretreatment being done.

It was a good experience. The scheduling staff was pleasant and courteous and made it easy to get a time that was convenient for me. The person who performed the cleaning itself was very pleasant to interact with, professional yet friendly and made quick work of the tasks at hand without sacrificing the qualify of his work. He cleaned up and was no his way in no time and my carpet and rugs look great!

Cleaner came right out (very prompt) and was very professional the entire time. He did a good job and even offered to hit a couple times again just in case since it was hard to tell if the smell was gone with the carpet still damp.

We purchased a big deal for the service and it turned out great. Something on the machine broke, and they had to reschedule for another day, and so they threw in something extra. They were really apologetic, and it was good.

I am a Realtor working for The New Realty Group (NRG) firm who had upcoming closing for a Buyer client. I gave a home gift of having the carpets cleaned in their new home. This was a quick cleaning request as the closing was scheduled for 7-26-13. I spoke to Eileen on 7-24-13, and scheduled the appt and learned that the company works with a lot of Builders and Realtors, so she understood the time frame I was operating under and the need to have it done before the Buyers moved in. She squeezed us into her technician's already busy schedule to accommodate us. The technician actually called the day of and requested to start earlier than the original scheduled time, in which we appreciated very much. The Buyers were completely satisfied with the results, which helped to make their overall buying experience a great event indeed!
