Clean and shampoo carpets including extra 2 rooms for extra $50 and it was well worth it. Very friendly and professional. Service was excellent from start to finish.

Very friendly and answered all my questions. I left a message and got a very fast return phone call 30 min later - they were able to schedule me for the next day, which was ideal. Eileen called a few hours later to let me know the exact time of the appointment. Robert arrived right on time, we looked at the areas, and he went right to work. He did a great job - professional, friendly, and gave me advice on stains. The carpets look wonderful. I have never had my carpets cleaned before, but I will definitely be making this a more regular event - and I will use this company from now on. It turned out well. Scheduling with them also went very well. The only thing was they needed to drain the dirty water behind the back of my home which I noticed after they left.

I asked for the service to be done before Thanksgiving, and they were able to work me in just in time.

Affordable Carpet Cleaning arrived in a timely manner and after a quick assessment of the stained areas got to work quickly. The technician was friendly and professional and explained to us that he would do his best to get older, ground in stains from the carpet but there was a chance they would not come out. After several scrubbings we could definitely tell he had given it his best effort and we were pleased with the overall experience and our newly cleaned carpets. For $ 120.00 and the amount of work that was done we would definitely rehire them again.

We were overdue with this cleaning and I was a little worried about an area we had covered with a rug. But it worked out great and the price was right.

I have used this company 3 times and will continue to do so. They are always very flexible in scheduling, show up on time, and do a great job.

All areas were cleaned, however most of the stains in the higher traffic areas did not come out as well as we had hoped. Those areas were pre-treated, but they still did not look clean. The carpets was not treated with scotchguard to prevent any future stains. I did not specifically ask for the stain protection, but made the mistake in assuming it was part of the cleaning process. Other carpet cleaners/providers did use some stain preventative after cleaning; this is the first time I have experienced it being missed. We put an area rug in a high traffic area to stop the stains from getting worse after the cleaning.

We had purchased a deal through Angie's list for five rooms + hallway, but decided at the last minute upon their arrival to do the entire house. They were very flexible, gave us the incremental cost up front, and performed all of the work that same day. We called a few days later and paid the difference via phone - they were awesome to work with and did a great job. We will definitely use Affordable again if necessary. Thank you!

WOW. I was so impressed. I had had these carpets cleaned about 9 months ago by another company and they were unable to get out numerous spots. They said, and I believed, that they were permanent stains. No so. This guy got them ALL out. He even hit a spot in another room that wasn't being cleaned and got it right up. I called yesterday and wanted to get an appointment today and they were very accommodating. On time, pleasant, and very fast. I will definitely use them again. Again, I was thrilled these spots came out. 8/29 I was so pleased with the carpets at the rental house, that I decided to use them on my own home. There were 2 problem areas upstairs on my off-white carpeting. One was a brown area where my dog slept for years, and the other was a very dirty area just outside the mater bath. When the technician cleaned them, he warned me that even though it looked like he has gotten them clean, once they completely dried, some of the stains might become more visible. Guess what, he was wrong. Every bit of the dirt came out and the carpet looks new. And to think I was considering replacing it. PS, the rental customer who checked in after the carpets were cleaned wrote a glowing review of the house. Among his comments were this quote "The carpeting was spotless, the bathrooms were impeccable..." Pretty cool!!!

We were a little disappointed that there was not an additional cleaner or solution to the more difficult to clean areas.

Our house looks amazing, and Rob finished up just when he said he would. I was actually 10 minutes late getting home to him, but he waited for me so I could walk through the house. He gave me the instructions on the after care and how long everything would take to dry. Even though I was the one who was late, he didn't rush me and answered all of my questions. I also want to commend Eileene who helped us set up the appointment and answered questions over the phone before and after the service was complete. I would totally recommend Affordable Carpet Cleaning to anyone and everyone.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Everyone was very pleasant on the phone, and Eileen called my the day before to confirm my appointment. Rob was very punctual, and even offered to come earlier. He was very friendly, but worked hard when focusing on his job. Easy appointment. I called and they were out within a few days. They did a great job and even got out stains they didn't expect to. The rugs were damp when they left but dried in a few hours. Very affordable and great customer service!

They were really good and very thorough. They cleaned a rug of mine and then followed up a few days later to check on the rug and make sure it was properly cleaned.
