As part of my exit from a rental property, I was required to have the carpets cleaned. The young man arrived early and worked a couple of hours to clean the carpet up and downstairs in a 1400 sf house. He was very professional and detailed about his work. He pointed out a couple of areas that he was unable to cleaned because of some spilled liquid. I was impressed that he noted this. He seemed to enjoy his work and represented the company well.

The provider did a great job. They were punctual and efficient. Did a great job on the pet stains.

They did not spot treat the carpet. He told me that they would not be able to get certain areas around the baseboard cleaned because it soot, and around vents he said it was soot. He cleaned my recliner and he said that he couldn't get some of the dirt from the top because he said it was worn. I got down on my hands and knees and got spots off the carpet after he left, not all of them, but the ones he pointed out. I cleaned them out myself. The parts that he showed me on the recliner was actually grime from hair spray and I scrapped it with my finger nail and realized that was dirt. The machine that they use did not have any kind of scrubbing, it puts the water in and sucks it out. I scrubbed it and it looks a lot better. He also had a lot of jobs that day, and he was in a hurry because I had asked him before he started if he could clean another recliner and he said he couldn't because he was booked. I think they were rushed and didn't do a professional job. We got down on our hands and knees and got a lot of the soot areas that he said he couldn't get, and the problem is that there needs to be some sort of a tool that you need to use up against the baseboards. We even went back to the carpet cleaning machines in Lowe's to see if they have a baseboard area tool, and there wasn't anything with that. I wouldn't have them back. The price was good, but when you have to have it redone, it is not a good price. I went with it because it is cheap, but I would not do it again.

The gentleman that cleaned the carpets called ahead of time to tell me he was on the way. He was on time. He did an excellent job on the carpets as well as show us how to keep the upkeep of our carpets and to prevent making stains in the future. He was extremely nice, and very professional. I would definitely recommend him for use in the future and will remain a customer.

They came in, discussed what needed to be done, surveyed the carpet to identify stained spots, pre-treated and knocked it out with awesome efficiency. The carpet looks GREAT afterwards. I appreciate it!

It was okay. It wasn't a fantastic job but it was a good job. I have to say, since I have joined you guys I feel like I get emails and calls and such from you all the time. So if that's the feed back I give to Angie's List, It just feels intense, I get several emails three or four times a week and I've gotten a couple of phone calls to request for surveys and gotten a lot of stuff, considering I've had 80 to 100 emails a day.

They did fine and I would use them again.

Got exactly what I needed done. I had previously moved my lighter furniture, and had some pretty bad spots on there. Most of the spots were removed and even the worst ones were lightened up. Wasn't expecting miracle working, but the carpet looks TONS better than it did before.

The technician arrived on time and was professional yet very personable. He did a great job cleaning the carpet. We are very happy with the work that was done.

Robert did a great job cleaning the carpet, and I was not charged anything other than the Big Deal price. The only feedback I have is that the equipment is mounted on the truck. This rental property was a condo and we weren't sure that his hoses and cords were going to be long enough to reach the entire place, since the truck could not be parked right outside the door to the unit. It all ended up working out, but I learned to ask whether a cleaner's equipment is truck mounted or not and to be sure that their equipment is right for the locational logistics of the job in the future.

Services were efficient and got out almost all the stains - 2 of my kids rooms were more difficult and didn't get as clean as I'd hoped but I am sure that's our fault and isn't because of the products used by the company. I can't remember who cleaned our carpets but he was very professional and communicative.
