Description of Work: I had my carpets cleaned in four rooms in my home. The provider was in and out of my house in less than 45 minutes. The carpet did not look significantly cleaner or better after the cleaning. Overall I was disappointed in the quality of the cleaning.

Description of Work: They steam-cleaned the entire upper level of my hope as well as the staircase. From the beginning, they were very prompt and professional in their communication with me. The technician was right on time and super friendly. My carpet wasn't as "fluffy" as I'd hoped it would be after a steam-cleaning, but I think that had more to do with the quality of the carpet itself rather than the cleaning it received. I will definitely use ACC again!!
