Affordable Carpet Cleaning

The carpet was cleaned very well. They were responsive, friendly, and very helpful. They helped coordinate the cleaning for me with my real estate agent and the billing was done very simply over the phone. I am pleased with the service and I would use it again.

I have been somewhat slack in getting my carpets cleaned, so they hadn't been professionally cleaned in a few years. They weren't too bad but I did have some spots where a black ink jet cartridge exploded, leaving black ink my light beige carpet. I came across an end of summer deal that Affordable Carpet Cleaning was having, so I purchased that. I called the office the day I purchased the deal and they were able to send someone out that same week. My technician (Josh) was prompt and professional! He came out today and did a great job with my carpet. He was even able to remove the ink stains! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Needed a quick spot clean for an area rug, a chair and an area of carpet. Called them at 5:30 in the morning and received a call first thing that morning when they got in the office. Eileen siad she would try to fit us in and it might be 2:00 before they got there. I got a call about 1:45 about an arrival time of 2:00. How about that? That doesn't happen often these days. Josh was great. Very professional and was in and out quickly. I was very happy with the overall experience and service. I would gladly use them again.

From start to finish, these guys were great. Robbie facilitated a same-day cleaning request. Josh came over and did a wonderful job on the carpets. I like them so much that I had them do another house we were just exiting.

The technican, Josh arrived on time and quickly set up his equipment. He then started cleaning our carpets in the bedrooms and worked his way to the hallway and finally the living room. We didn't move our furniture except for a few small pieces in the living area. The work went well and he finished in about 2 hours. We tried not to walk on the carpeting for 4-6 hours to help the drying process. Our carpets looked great when he was through. We felt the cost was very reasonable and this company was highly recommended for their hot water extraction method of cleaning carpeting. They did a great job.

They were able to remove two pet stains and the townhouse smelled fresh after they were done. They were professional and I believe it was a good deal for the amount of carpet we had. I will consider using them again in the future.

The carpet looked really good and everything smelled fresh. They got rid a few spots and now looks great. The guy was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. We were quite impressed with the service.

Very friendly person booked my appt over the phone and gave me a price quote. Very friendly and professional employee came to do the carpet cleaning. He was very punctual and after showing him around the house, he went right to work. He was neat and the carpets looked great after he was finished. The only reason I gave a B on quality is that I don't think their cleaning equipment had as strong a suction as some previous companies I have used. The suction noise just wasn't strong sounding and the carpets were a little more wet than I am used to them being following a carpet cleaning. The employee went over and over with the suction and took his time sucking out the water, but I just wasn't hearing a real strong suction noise and the wetness of the carpets I think reflected that. Other than this, I was completely happy with the cleaning and would consider using this company again. Their pricing is competitive and their employee was very professional.

This was the best experience we've ever had with carpet cleaners. Called them on a Saturday, made an appointment for the coming Thursday and they arrived right on time. Cleaned five rooms and set of stairs and did an excellent job. Were very professional and we would definitely use them again in the future.

Arrived on time, completed work quickly but throughly. Was careful with equipment not to scratch / spray walls!

When I called the previous week to schedule the cleaning, the person on the phone was friendly and easy to work with, finding a convenient , timely appointment for me. The evening before the service, I received an answering machine message letting me know that there may be a 30 minute delay due to the appointment before me having added on a room for cleaning. Then I received another call the morning of the appointment confirming that I had gotten that message. Finally I received another call letting me know that things had moved quickly and that my cleaner was on his way within the half-hour, and would be there at the originally scheduled time. All of this was very helpful in allowing me to plan for my morning. When Robbie arrived, he was very friendly and professional. He walked through the areas to be cleaned and asked about my particular concerns. Once he began, he called me in quickly to describe how the problem I was experiencing was mainly due to excessive cat hair that had worked itself deep into the carpet fibers ("like velcro" he said). He advised me on more frequent vacuuming and even gave me a brand suggestion for a vacuum cleaner that does a great job on animal hair. After he resumed cleaning, more than two hours elapsed. I realized that Robbie had not finished in the amount of time I would have assumed it would take to clean the carpets in three bedrooms. When he finally did come down for me to inspect the rooms, I was utterly blown away!! The carpet looked brand new, and I could tell Robbie had struggled mightily with extracting all that cat hair!! Of course I felt as if I should be charged more than the" $89 for 3 rooms" Angie's' List deal (The additional charge was for the two 9X12 area rugs), but he insisted that their price was their price. He would not take more, nor would he accept a tip from me. The only "tip" he would agree to was for me to tell others how happy I was with his service. Therefore, I feel compelled to tell all Angie's List members that Affordable Carpet should be at the top of the list!! I will never call another company.

I got Affordable Carpet Cleaning from Angie's List and they definitely lived up to my expectations. Eileen was very pleasant on the phone, she called the night before to confirm appt-- Tyler was right on time, very professional and pleasant -- AND did a great job! I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

The folks from Affordable Carpet Cleaning came out on a Saturday morning. They arrived on time and were ready to get started. Two technicians worked on our building. I went over everything with them before I left. They cleaned the carpets, and then called me back to let me know about a couple of things they encountered. I had some questions which were answered to my satisfaction. Overall, I am very pleased with the carpets, the service, and the professionalism of Affordable Carpet Cleaning.

Found this company on AngiesList with excellent ratings. Called, and Eileen promptly answered. We set up an appointment to clean 5 days later. Tyler was punctual and very courtious. Eileen was extremely prompt in responding to my email inquiry re: their services and prices. I had sent such to a handful of companies found through Angies List. I selected them based on very complimentary feedback from customers. Her quote was a good bit lower than anyone else's for the job I needed done. She was lovely to talk to and was kind to rearrange her schedule to get our job done quickly. Tyler was the technician who came out to our home. I found him extremely nice and accomodating. Clearly he worked very hard to clean to our satisfaction. I was very satisfied with Affordable Carpet Cleaning, and will absolutely use them again. I have a large home and alot of kids and pets, so I am sure I will be a frequent customer.

The service was very professional. Robbie showed up on time. He walked me through the process and helped me move a few items off the floor. He was very thorough; spent extra time on worn in spots. I had not had the carpets cleaned in several years and was not sure what to expect. Robbie was honest about what he could do and the carpets look fantastic - better than my expectations. You can't ask for more than that! The cost matched what he had quoted me over the phone. I would definitely use them again.

Great from start to finish. Robby and Tyler arrived on time and warmly greeted us at the door and instantly put me at ease. They inspected the carpets and planned out where to start and where to finish. Next they treated any stains that needed extra work. One in particular was a heavy rust stain from my Christmas tree stand. Gone, as if it never existed. Robby and Tyler paid special attention to the heavy traffic patterns and it paid off. Clean like never before and this is not just hyperbole. They did 7 rooms a hallway and a set of stairs in under 2 hours. The carpets look great and the cost was very reasonable., a bargain for what they provided. And one last comment. I appreciated the way they interacted with my children, sweet and gentle and funny. This matters to me as much as the service they provide.
