Affordable Carpet Cleaning

We have been using Affordable Carpet Care for a couple of years. We have been very happy with their service. Our son moved in February to his new home in South Carolina and there was a scheduling problem with the cleaning crew that was due that same day. They moved heaven and earth to get the job done! Rob has been the carpet cleaner for Affordable for the last few times we have used them. He is terrific!

The cleaner arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning the carpet. He was pleasant and efficient. I would use this company again.

They were able to accommodate a short request window. They came on time, spot treated and steamed cleaned the carpet. Very professional in every aspect from booking the schedule to having the service performed. This is a keeper.

Rob showed up early, and was patient and helpful while we hurried to get the last few things out of the house so he could get to work. He even pitched in to help! He cleaned all the carpets in the house in a timely and thorough manner, and got some stains out that I thought were there for good. Through it all Rob was smiling and friendly. Owner Robby who scheduled the job was responsive and professional at all times. If I still lived in Charlotte I would never need to look for another carpet cleaning company!

He was prompt and personable. Did a fabulous job and didn't leave until we were both satisfied. I will use them again soon as we are having a huge family gathering that will for certain require their services!

I called on Monday to ask about their rates and was pleasantly surprised. They were able to come out the next morning to clean the carpets in my rental property. The carpets look great! Robbie and his professional staff saved our carpets. Our 85 lb Golden Retiever got into our back yard which had been re-seeded the day of that super rain. While I was upstairs she came in and walked my entire downstairs leaving a trail of red-mud paw prints. I called called Robbie, he told me not to do anything to the mud, and he would get one of his men out to us the same day. Within an hour Robert was here tackling the mess. Amazing job ! Super professional, great job, all the stains gone and life back to normal within two hours of the accident. Thank you to Robbie and Affordable Carpet Cleaning...

Customer service was fantastic the whole time. I was nervous about the carpet cleaning schedule since we had painters come in the house a few days before and Robbie was more than willing to reschedule at the last minute if we had a delay with the painters. My husband and I are also expecting so I had a few questions about the cleaning solution with regard to the baby and our dog and they took time to answer all of my questions. Day of service was fantastic. The guy who cleaned our carpets was super friendly and knowledgeable (sadly, I don't remember his name). He was punctual, efficient and did a great job on our carpets. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company if you need your carpets cleaned. I know we already plan to use them again once our carpets need another cleaning - which may be sooner rather than later with a little one on the way!

The work he did was quick and very thorough, even getting out some stains we thought were permanent. He didn't try to up-sell us on things we didn't need done, like Teflon protection. "You don't have any small kids or pets, so you really don't need it." What a pleasant surprise! As soon as he was done he packed up his equipment and was out the door. The job they did was well worth the time and expense. Would recommend them to everyone who needs carpets cleaned.

I totally recommend using this company. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and I wasn't even in their service area. They did a fantastic job!

I bought a used home and wanted the carpets cleaned before I moved in. There were still stains, still an odor, and still didn't feel clean. I rented a carpet cleaner from Lowe's for $25 and cleaned them myself after this company "Professionally cleaned" my carpets. The water that came out of the rented carpet cleaner was beyond dirty. It was a total waste of money to pay these people. After I cleaned them, the carpets were bright, soft and smelled great.. Beware of this company.

It was a good service. He was a very nice young man The only thing he couldnt do was get pet smell out of my Persian rugs. Very pleasant and professional. Just a stress free experience.

The entire experience with Affordable Carpet Cleaning was totally professional; from the lady who scheduled the appontment, to the technician who arrived on time.

It turned out perfectly. They had a tough stain to get out and they got it out. It went better than we had hoped.

It did not turn out too good. The kid did come out and tried really hard to get the carpet clean, but the service just did not turn out right. But he was really polite and he was on time.

I am very pleased with the customer service we received from Affordable Carpet Cleaning. Eileen was very friendly and precise on the phone. The technician was friendly and professional. He did a great job and was very conscious of making sure we were happy before he left. Our carpet looked great! I also received a follow up phone call to make sure I was satisfied. I definitely trust Affordable and would use them again.

Arrived on time. Received reminder phone call prior day, and another to advise they were on their way. Shampooed 5 rooms and 1 hallway. Described the process. Moved coffee and end tables upon request. The noticable stain under one end table came out. Took about 1+ hour. Was told it would take 4 to 6 hours to dry, but it was a few hours longer. However, the carpeting looked very clean and was soft and fluffy again.... something I had not experienced with the other 3 carpet cleaning companies used over the past 12 years.
