Description of Work: Tore off existing roof and damaged plywood boards. Replaced with new boards and quality roofing specs throughout. Team on the roof and team on the ground did an excellent job with installation and debris removal.

Jim (I believe that was his name) came over, very nice however looked around the outside never went into my attic then suggested flashing over my window sills. Sent me an estimate for 500 without doing any real analysis or water testing. I hear this company is highly recommended which is why I called them but clearly they were not interested in investigating the real problem.

Description of Work: I had an exceptional experience with this company. The estimate was accurate, and professional. They answered all my questions and until I was satisfied. I interviewed other companies and received other estimates, and A-1 Roofing and Siding, LLC was the best overall company without a doubt. The crew was scheduled to meet my time and they arrived promptly. They worked diligently, and were very professional. When they completed the replacement roof, they cleaned up completely, and you would never have known there was any type of construction done on the property. I would highly recommend them again for any roofing needs to anyone I know.

Description of Work: We had our roof replaced. Bob is very knowledgeable. They came on the day they said they would. They started at 7:30am and were done at 4:00pm!! We are very happy with the whole experience and could not recommend them higher. Employees were very friendly and informative. Due to a communication error on MY behalf, the satellite dish was not put back on. My wife called and they were back in 30 minutes to put it back on! We were very appreciative of this. Bob was very visible during the day and then came back the following day to do a final inspection. We are very happy with the service we received.

Description of Work: From the start, A-1 was an extremely good experience. I called Bob after having bad experiences with several previous bidders. I really wanted a local company to perform the work, but was having trouble finding someone that would give me a good price and a straight forward estimate without requesting my insurance quote. After reading their good reviews on Angie's List, I decided to give them a call. With the promotion they were offering at the time, A-1's estimate was significantly better than the other bids I had received. They were prompt, easy to get in touch with, and the invoice was to the dollar per their estimate. No headaches, great service. If you need a roofing repair, I would certainly recommend giving them a call. They'll be my first call next time.

Description of Work: Got a nice new roof. Everything went very smoothly. Company was recommended to me. I have since referred Jim to several people. They all went with him and are satisfied. Price is the best. Professional company, no concerns. I plan to use again in our new house.

Description of Work: A young gentleman came out and put plastic over the roof to keep water from gushing in until the roof could be formally repaired. The rain continued for 3 days afterwards so my townhome would have been ruined if he didn’t do that for me. I called them asking them to give me a bill for their service, but they never called back asking for money of any sort. My experience with them was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

SPOKE W/JIM HIGGINS THE OWNER WHO THEN REFERRED HIS BROTHER ROBERT FOR SMALLER REPAIR JOBS. SAID HE COULD NOT GET OUT IN TIME TO REPAIR THE ROOF OR DO AN ESTIMATE ON THE REPAIR COSTS. HE SHOWED UP 3 DAYS LATER UNANNOUNCED FIXED THE HOLE AND DID THE ESTIMATE. I CALLED 3 TIMES TO SCHEDULE TO HAVE THE WORK COMPLETED AND NEVER HEARD BACK UNTIL I LEFT A STEAMED MESSAGE. SUPPOSEDLY THEIR REPAIR MAN QUIT AND THEY HAD NO ONE TO DO THE WORK AND DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION.
