David newton called to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival he asked a few questions, went into attic to take pictures. Showed pictures to me and explained the cleaning process in detail as well as cost involved. Performed all work professionally. He was very courteous!

The service professional was running a couple of minutes late but he called and stated he was in traffic which was very professional (I believe he was only 10 minutes late). He looked at everything, gave me different options and did not pressure me into anything. It took about an hour for him to do all the work. Dave was very professional from start to finish. I would recommend them.

Added hangers to secure the pipe in place so it did not disconnect. The pipe goes through the attic & if it came apart the lint would get into the attic space.

Everything was great. Very professional and took a lot of pride in his work. I really liked that he called a few times to keep me updated on his arrival.

We increased dryer pressure from 4-6 to 12. I learned 10-15 is normal. We will replace duct work on our own.

Michael and Bob gave me a half hour advanced call as promised. They had all the work done in two and a half hours, showed me where the lint was building up for the future. They got everything working great and they could not be nicer.

I think the prices are high for the services performed, but researching other companies, they seemed to be in line, especially with being a franchise. The work completed was great and certainly met or exceeded my expectations. Michael was thorough and cleaned up when the service was completed. He's also a very nice young man. I would definitely use this company again.

I had a great experience all around with Dryer Vent Wizard, from my first contact with Dave Lavalle, owner, to completing the repair with David Newton, service technician. The response was prompt and professional. David Newton was highly skilled and great at assessing the problem. I knew there was trouble with my dryer vent because, when in use on a cold day, there was no sign that air was coming out of the outdoor vent exit. The dryer is in an interior room and the venting crosses the whole living room to go outside. I knew holes would have to be cut in the living room ceiling to repair the dryer vent. It happened that I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom and was already in the process of repairing a big hole in the living room ceiling caused by the leak and would be repainting the ceiling. The silver lining is that the existing hole gave us a view of the dryer vent ducting to see where it was disconnected. David and I put our heads up in the ceiling and could see where the duct had to be replaced. The project required cutting three holes to get to key areas, replacing several feet of dryer vent line with metal code compliant ducting, cleaning the existing line that didn?t have to be replaced (fortunately some sections were metal, but the curved sections had dangerous plastic ducting that had disconnected, so lint was blowing freely into the ceiling area). With David?s trouble shooting skills, he was able to actually minimize the damage to the ceiling and connect the new venting in very difficult to reach areas. The testing of the airflow outside was very good after the new ducting was in place. I am VERY relieved to have a code compliant, working dryer vent. David Newton was a pleasure to work with and I felt the price for the job was reasonable for the complexity of the project.

I would say that the customer service was the best part. The price seemed a little high but good customer service and they gave me some tips. There was something I wanted to do myself, so they gave me the part number for some piping work and that was helpful.

Excellent service by technician, David Newton. He explained everything and showed me pictures taken from roof reading, replaced pipe and hoses. He explained all the charges before doing anything. It was a wonderful experience and could not have asked for better. Highly recommend this service and David.

Dave showed up during the time frame indicated. He was very polite, friendly and professional. The job was completed quickly and he explained everything + he was done.

Michael was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He walked us through everything he did. He suggested a total different venting route than the one that was already in the home. His idea made much better sense! While he was there, we discussed getting steel braided hoses for the washer, so we ended up doing that too.

The experience was wonderful overall. The job was incredibly professionally done. Now, we have a lot less moisture during the drying process. The technician came out the same day that I had called and was very personable.

In addition to above...I also bought the service contract from them. Piece of mind is a wonderful thing...No problems at all. Very efficient worker, cleaned up any dirt that was made. Was working on the project about an hour. Absolutley would/will use them again...Airflow at the outside vent was 8.9 MPH when the tech got there. It was 19.6 MPH when he left. Obviousley work needed to be done. Dryer now works half as hard for half the time....WELL DONE!!!!
