Dave came out the same morning I called and was very professional. He was knowledgeable, competent and reasonably priced, and replaced the dryer hose with a new building code approved hose.

The tech called me to say he was on the way and was timely. He tried everything he could to clean the vent, even going into the attic. He rerouted the vent by making a new hole and shortened the vent by about 13 feet.

Michael was very personable and did a great job. I am happy w/ how clean and safe our dryer is now.

I called this company because of Angie's List top notch service reviews and recommendation of another service company. they rerouted to my address and arrived within the hour. The vent was cleaned and flammable parts that shouldn't have been connected to the vent were replaced.

We called late Wed night and they were able to come Thurs am. Very accommodating w/my kids nap schedule. Very professional and timely service.

Serviceman called in plenty of time to allow me to leave work and get home to meet him. He then quickly confirmed that the dryer vent was clogging up, using his smartphone to photograph and show me the parts of the clogged venting that I would not have easily been able to see. Per his recommendation, I agreed with him that he should not only clean the dryer vent line, but also replace the connection from the back of the dryer and the outside vent to prevent lint from building up as quickly in the future (I do a lot of laundry). He was very professional and did the work in a very timely manner. He (David Newton) was also super friendly. I opted to purchase the $30 service plan, something I usually don't do. But it includes annual checkups, discounts on future cleanings and is transferable to either the next homeowner or to my next house. Overall price was a little high, but the work is done, the dryer is safer, I am happy and laundry will go more quickly.
