Dryer Vent Wizard

Great job! Everything about this company from start to finish was great. I had any complicated issue with my dryer vent and they were able to get my new dryer to vent safely and properly. I had to have my dryer plug moved and they came back the next day finish the job. What I really liked was that their goal was to get the job done right no matter what it took and I appreciated that. Also I was shocked to see how much lint I had in the dryer vent - it was very scary to see that and to think about the hazard I had in my house. I will never let my dryer vent go that long between cleanings. I am a very satisfied customer!

It went good, until we got the bill. We were surprised to see a $39 service fee in addition to the fees charged for the work performed. The service fee was not explained prior to the appointment. However, the work that David did and his concern for the customer's needs exceeded our expectations.

The called me right back and even made plans to come the next day. My dryer was not working and the young man helped me fix it. They are great!

Punctual. Couteous. Cleaned up after job. Made suggestions for improvements with a detailed written estimate but did not try and force suggestions be done. Would recommend company.

Was on time, called in advance with arrival time, explained the "what & why" of his work. Did a good inspection and provided cost before he began work.

I found out my vent went up through my attic and that it needed to be replaced. Dryer Vent Wizard replaced the vent, cleaned out and around the area and have guaranteed their work. More than I expected to pay, but probably saved us from one of the house fires due to dryers that you hear so much about!

David called to let me know he was going to arrive in 45 minutes. He checked out our current vent line, gave me a couple of options with the prices then performed the work. Very nice guys.

Arrived right on time, very professional look and demeanor. Price was much higher than I anticipated, but Michael worked with me to get necessary work accomplished within my budget. Very thorough, and we were very pleased with the outcome. He explained the work as he proceeded, told me to call if i wasn't satisfied for any reason, and left a postage-paid evaluation card for me to complete and return.

My dryer was not drying all and suspected a clogged vent. David arrived on time and told me water was in the line.

Had called to have vent cleaned. Dave said they couldn't clean plastic hose because if would puncture. Told us plastic hose wouldn't pass code. So we had him replace it. Showed us before after pictures under house.

David was here on time and performed necessary service in a timely manner.

David Lavalle was on time and very respectful of our home. He greeted the family pet and made small talk all while focusing on the task at hand. The job was finished correctly and quickly without a snag.

The company was very responsive. I purchased an Angie's List deal in which I paid $74.00 for a $150.00 dryer vent service. I called and left a message to set up an appointment. My call was returned very promptly and an appointment was set for the next day. The service tech arrived on time and immediately began work. After evaluating the problem, he gave me an estimate for repairing the duct and cleaning it. I had expected the cost of the repair to be covered by the deal I had purchased, but the final cost was more than twice the value of the coupon. The work was very well done. The tech cleaned up thoroughly and was done in about 1 1/2 hours. The work was excellent, but I thought the price was high. I would recommend Dryer Vent Wizard due to the quality of the work, but be aware that the cost may be high.

David listened to all the details of my situation, tested, checked, and evaluated my entire system. He then repaired the vent as well as cleaned it. He was here on time and was very professional. Explained up front what he found and why it needed to be done. Then he ASKED me what I wanted done. I will definitely use them for future needs.
