Call 704-886-7078 to schedule an appointment. Calls are routed to our national franchise Scheduling Center while we are on the job for faster scheduling. Our Scheduling Center is available from 8:30 AM Mon-Fri and until 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Dryer Vent Wizard was established in 2004 to meet the needs of a very serious problem that is often overlooked by most people. Dryer fires are one of the leading causes of home fires today. We work exclusively with, and specialize in dryer vents alone. A $49 service/ inspection fee is charged to each job. Post inspection a written proposal is given to the customer, along with any suggestions of improvements, and the work is performed at that time. Clogged dryer vents cause dryers to operate inefficiently wasting time and hundreds of dollars a year in energy bills for the average household. We work hard to keep our services reliable and affordable. Our professionals will come to your home on a scheduled day. Description of Work: Very informative assessment of my dryer vent connections and vent cover as well as the quality and correctness of the way the hose was run under the house. The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. Photos of my under the house setup were helpful. The tech thoroughly cleaned my vent system and replace the vent cover outside and sealed the dryer connections in the house. The air flow was improved significantly so I suspect my clothes will dry faster now. Happy customer. Safe customer. (My sister had a dryer vent fire and so this was preventative and well worth it.

Description of Work: My appointment was to have my dryer duct cleaned and checked. Michael was very professional and polite. He did a quality job and explained everything thoroughly. He replaced my older duct with a safer product and replaced the vent. The only down side was in scheduling the appointment when they gave me a time range - 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. However, Michael called at 11:30 and said he would be there at noon, and he was on time.
