"Maddux was the 1st to reply and gave us an estimate over the phone with a picture of the broken spring. I cannot say whether his pricing was competitive since I didn't see any of the others. We needed the door fixed quickly. I can say that the estimate was spot on. Repairs were done efficiently AND he adjusted how far the door was opening which was causing the cable to be loose. I would recommend Maddux and will use again if needed."
