"I called this electrician. He was very nice and said he would be out the same day which made me happy as I was tired of listening to my smoke detectors beep even after I changed he batteries. When it was his appointed time he called and said he was behind and would be out the next day so we agreed on a new time. I came home early to be here and waited the rest of the day. No show, no call. I called him twice but got voicemails asking him to call me back. My time is just as valuable as others and this vendor cannot be relied upon to meet their commitments."
