Scott came out, provided a proposal. After that, there was no follow up. I followed up with Scott a few times, he said he would get back, but never did. Had to go with another contractor.

Scott was kind and easy to work with on the quote. He beat out 3 other quotes I'd received for the same work. The crew was respectful and worked steadily until the job was done. To give them top marks all across I'd have expected a little more initiative to communicate on their part, but when we asked questions or sought information they provided it and with a good attitude. Overall I was happy.

after about too weeks I called and left messages on both cell and office phone, I never received any respondise back.

They have great service. We call to tell them what’s going on, they come and fix it, then they leave and send us a bill. It’s perfect.

I was extremely pleased since the other companies said several other things were wrong with the unit and what Scott said we found to be accurate. He had the unit running in less than 2 minutes and he explained how to get the unit running again if it happened again. I was extremely pleased with him and have referred him to several other friends. He actually approached the problem instead of a proposing big sales pitch.

Great follow through, good pricing. The generator required several trips and follow-up items because it required different inspections. They did a great job at following up on these steps and the generator works perfectly. Since that time we called them for some smaller electrical jobs. They are very detailed oriented, an example would be that I gave what I thought I wanted and they gave feedback based on their experience showing a better way to do it. I welcomed this and was happy they suggested it.
