We have National CSIA Credentials and keep up to date with trade trends to increase the quality of our service. We are members of professional trade organizations such as CSIA (Chimney Sweep Institute of America), NC and SC Chimney Sweep Association and the BBB of Charlotte in good standing with an A+ rating. We have been in business since 1983 and put customer satisfaction as our primary concern. We expect payment due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing by both parties (emails are an accpetable form).
"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. High regards!! 5-star - much respect. Thank you so much for what you have done, Ashley McGee"

Mr. Lavalle pressure washed my home exterior and put in new outside lighting, and trimmed the bushes in front of my house. I'm having more work done in August, and E R Chimney Sweeps will be doing that, too. Not only does my deck look beautiful, but I was charged a very low price."

We are a cast stone manufacturing company with over 20 years of experience in helping homeowners and contractors with their cast stone needs. We are a turnkey company with 2 installation crews. We manufacture cast stone Pavers,Pool coping, window and door surrounds, cast stone veneer, crown molding, watertable, balustrade systems, columns, newell post, fireplaces, concrete countertops, pier caps, bowls, planters, quoins, keystones just about basically anything you can think of. I tell my customers "if you can draw it, then we can make it". Our cast stone is made with white portland cement which is better gray portland, which most of the pavers manufactured are made of, because it doesn't retain heat from sunlight like gray does. So on pool deck pavers and walkway pavers it is easier on the feet.

"By the time I called, the squirrel activity had slowed down quite a bit. Andrew informed me that the squirrel was probably in between litters. He found where she was getting in and out and set a trap there and left it for a couple of weeks but with no luck. As he was pulling into my driveway to remove the trap and seal the entryway, the squirrel tripped the trap! He was very thorough and determined the catch the squirrel and he did it. I've squirrel free for the past 5 months! Very knowledgeable and professional. I'd definitely use Song Dog again."

Chimney caps may be installed by a few different professionals, including a chimney sweep or a mason that specializes in fireplaces and chimneys. A gas fireplace technician is the best person to install a chimney cap on a gas log fireplace vent to be sure the cap is appropriate for the application.
Typically, a chimney cap will last from three to 25 years. This wide range is due to variables like climate, the material the cap is made from, and how often you use your fireplace. Regular inspections and maintenance can help extend the life of your chimney cap.
A chimney cap costs about $300 on average. The prices range from about $75 to $1,000, depending on the material, size, any repairs needed, and if your chimney cap requires custom fabrication. Chimney caps are usually made from galvanized steel, copper, or stainless steel. Additional costs may include hiring a chimney sweep to clean the chimney before a cap is installed.
Yes, it’s worth capping a chimney. Here are several reasons to install a chimney cap:
Keep out rain, snow, wildlife, and other debris
Help prevent chimney fires
Reduce your chimney’s exposure to moisture
Maintain your chimney flue liner
Help reduce energy bills by helping regulate your home’s temperature
The best style of chimney cap for a brick chimney is one that fits tightly around the brick top of the chimney. The cap should have a screen to fully enclose it to keep animals out. The best materials include stainless steel, copper, or aluminum that fit tightly or are custom fabricated for a perfect fit on your chimney.
