Description of Work: After solar panels were installed some time ago, another roofer did not take care of the space under the panels the way he should. Look Roofing came to investigate the leaking roof under the panels, identified the problem, showed us pictures - which helped us understand what the situation was - and then worked us into his schedule promptly. He was friendly and professional, and the work seems to have been very well done.

Description of Work: Arranged to meet at my property; roofer climbed all over my huge 12/12 pitch roof and did the inspections and minor repairs as promised when paid for on Angie's List (without charging extra for the pitch which his disclaimer said he could); hired him to do some additional work on a porch roof project that had never been completed, and left. When I returned it was finished (roofer had to purchase materials) exactly as requested. He invoiced me later and I was very happy to pay. Perfect service. Five stars.

Description of Work: Inspected my roof and discovered a hole in the roof and several shingles missing. He recommended that I call my insurance company to see about full roof replacement. The insurance company came and validated everything he said and cut me a check for the amount that I need to cover a full roof replacement. Look Roofing is currently in process of coming out to replace my roof.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal roof maintenance package from them. I know it was probaly not what they wanted to do as I was moving out of my house and needed some caulk work done by a roofer. They did the work fine, which was included in the specs of the package that they would. However, if it was a roof inspection, I would normally inspect a report or follow-up. They just called one day and did the work No follow up at all. They did what I needed, I just expected a bit better customer service.
