+ -1 moreTermites were eating the front entry way of our house. A-1 came in and did a inspection; found the area's the termites were at. They came back the next day and treated the around the whole house. The next day there were dead termites all over the place!

Description of Work: A-1 describes their service. The exterminator explained the reason for the house flies and took care of them. Now they'll be back every 3 months to give the house a complete pest control do up! Very satisfied.

She said that the cost would be $125.00 and that if I went online I could print a coupon to save $25.00.I printed the coupon.Frank showed up on-site during the scheduled 1 hour window.He explained the service, during which time he saw a coupon I had for 25 dollars off.I verified what was to be done, which was standard service and quote for crawl-space sealing.He hesitated when asked how much it would be. He then said $150.00. So the price went up, making it $125.00 with the coupon. This was unexpected and so on the spot I paid the amount stated and determined that I would not use this company for future service of any kind. I hope the extra 25 bucks as worth it.

They have the ability to do what they say they are going to do. I would use their services in the future too.

+ -1 moreWe've had this company since we bought the house 15 years ago. They did some major work for us to make sure that we didn't have any problems with the termites that are in this area. They are very reliable. They are on time, they call, set the appointment up and they're here.
