Had only a few termites and gave us ideas to get rid of them. They did not charge for the visit.

I called on a Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday morning, which was great because my home inspection was scheduled at that time also. They offered a $20 discount for paying at the time of service, which I did. They had the report to me within a few days.

Actually the ant weren't completely gone but I call them back and let them know and they came right away and there never any problems after that. I really didn't ask a whole lot.

The exterminator showed up on time, asked about the type of insects they were having trouble with, and surveyed the apartment. He took the time to spray all the areas that needed to be treated and even went into the utility room next door to treat it. It was a very good experience and she hasn't had an insect problem all summer.

Called A1 today because we had some wasp nests that were difficult to reach. A1 said they could help and were able to send Jason out today. He arrived on time and took care of the problem.

The service was okay. The problem came with the billing and office staff. I received a bill for services on March 5, 2015. On March 20th I received a collection call from these people asking why I hadn't paid my bill. Never mind that I had only been billed 2 weeks prior. Needless to say I sent the payment in immediately with a request to cease all future service with them and I received another bill from them stating that my account was more than 30 days past due even though the check I wrote them had already cleared my account. I pride myself on having a FICO score of 837. Less than 1% of the population has that high a credit score and you do not get that by being a deadbeat about paying your bills. I will never deal with these people again.

Very professional and trustworthy workers. They were very personable, down to earth and nice to deal with. With regard to price, considering my other options; I only talked to people on the phone and no one came out. Overall, their price is okay.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He inspected the interior/exterior of the house and found no termites. Indicated that no treatment was necessary. He did a through look for pests and recommended treatment for spiders, which were our main problem. He was meticulous, carefully looking around areas where pests could hide. He was careful, clean and through. Additionally, he treated the exterior of the home. Recommended quarterly treatments, which they will schedule. I was impressed with the company and the completeness of the service. The price was very competitive. I would recommend this company to friends.

Ray and A1 have taken care of us since we bought our house in October 2009. They have been very responsive to any problems or concerns, and we've been bug-free since we contracted with them.

They do quarterly service (Ray always does our quarterly service) and we have never had a problem. We also had a termite bond put on the house last year. The guys came, did the job and were gone and you couldn't even tell they were there. I would recommend them to anyone-and have.

Called the company and they scheduled the appointment. (A two day wait)Gave me a price range to expect if I decided to use them. The exterminator, Max, was on time and informed me of the service and then negotiated the price. I got it for $125 based on size of my house. Haven't had any ants after the service and plan to continue getting quarterly treatments for $75.

VERY professional and courteous! They came out and did a free termite inspection and found no evidence of termites. After seeing how nice & HONEST they are, I asked about insects and pest control and they quoted a price. They were NEVER pushy and I never felt like I was being sold a product. Then, when he came and did the spraying, he was very helpful in spraying spots that we had trouble with. He also sprayed inside first and then went under the house and around the house. We haven't seen one ant since he sprayed! We are very happy with A-1's service!!

Frank is our service person and we cannot recommend him or A1 highly enough! Service by A1 is outstanding. When we hired landscaping work last spring, they told us that they had observed termites in the yard. We called A1 and they sent a man out right away for a no charge inspection. The inspection was done very thoroughly and professionally, there were no termites actually. Following the inspection, Frank was very friendly and informative. While there was no sales pressure at all, we hired A1 on the spot for their year round treatments. We've been most pleased with the pest control between the quarterly regular appointments. Any time a pest problem arises, we phone to request help - Frank comes immediately to assess and treat - PROBLEM SOLVED!
