Description of Work: Sandi and her assistant came on time and did a wonderful job cleaning and washing my hardwood and tile floors and several blinds from top to bottom. All done in 1.5 hrs, non-stop. Her work ethic, punctuality and professionalism is obvious, something that is hard to find in the South. I cannot be more satisfied! A plus plus!

Description of Work: They were very friendly and professional. Hired to perform 3 hours of cleaning to deep clean my sunroom. Excellent job on windows, walls and ceiling fan. Steam cleaning of painted brick flooring was mediocre, but they ran out of time. They said it probably would need to be steamed another six times before it was really clean. My contractor said the floor still needs to be thoroughly scrubbed and not just steam cleaned.

I have delayed my comment to this review because the woman was so nice to work for. The appearance of the back glassed in deck was shocking to say the least as my assistant and I looked in to see what was needed to clean it. It looked like it was the play and eating area for her cat and it looked like it had not been cleaned is months, maybe a year. The smell was horrible for my assistant, and she kept having to take a break. We work so hard to get all the windows, the crevices, the door opening, the frames of the windows. I even wiped down the walls and baseboards as best we could. The floor had a rug that was so dirty I had to empty my vacuum twice. Then we removed the rug to get to the cement flooring and had to vacuum twice, then try to steam it as best we could. It really needed a professional cleaning as we used 2 steam pads and they were black after we finished. And we had run out of time by then. I always do my best with what I have for supplies. This was a difficult project but we came through feeling like it looked like a new room. I wish the home owner the greatest of luck in selling her home.

Mr.[Member name] was very nice to work for. He had a larger home and we only cleaned a portion of it. He had purchased a 3 hour package through Angieslist but after what we accomplished in those 3 hours, he asked us to stay an additional hour to clean more of his home. It was a pleasure to help him take care of his home. We wish him the best.

[Member Name Removed] had purchased a discounted cleaning package through angieslist. When we arrived, I walked around with [Member Name Removed] as he explained what he wanted us to accomplished. I wrote down his priorities and we began. We cleaned everything we had started on except for the master bathroom as the 3hr time limit had elapsed. I am not sure what he was displeased with. I guess I am used to getting all A's on my reviews. We did everything we could and did a great job.

She provides excellent cleaning services -- after my prior cleaning lady left the area I began a search for a replacement. I was not satisfied with the people who answered my request. Your Cleaning Girl was listed on Angie's List and I contacted her. She is very professional and well organized. She uses only green products which was a bonus for me. She is still in my employ and will continue to be. I highly recommend her.
