Service on such short notice was excellent. The lady extremely nice and personable, it helped that she liked small dogs as well. I really look forward to working with her the future.

Great! Sandi was very professional and provided excellent cleaning of our home from cleaning the fan blades to dusting the blinds. Anything we requested she was able to perform for us with attention to detail and care of our possessions. She is now monthly visiting us to deep clean and we are pleased she continues to share her expertise with us. We recommend her highly!

They were an Angie's List recommendation and I was not happy. It was supposed to be for four hours of work. That's what I wanted. I wanted one person for four hours. Two persons show up. So, because it was two persons in two hours, I had the four hours that I paid for. So it was really a two hour thing, not four hours. That was the first thing I didn't like about it. We talked about what she was going to do. I was very specific. She had no responsibility for ceilings, no responsibility for glass windows, no responsibility for any floor because the floors were damaged. Her only responsibility was the walls. The place was so dirty, I just wanted the walls washed down. So it was very isolated. It was very specific. If she shows up with somebody that somebody ought to know what they're doing. She ended up firing the person in the first two hours. So that person walked off. So her help was not together. If you don't know the person's personality, you shouldn't have a clash in the first two hours of a small job.

She came with a partner, so there was (2) cleaners which split the job into 1.5 hours of work for a total of 3 hours. She said this would be the case prior, so no big deal there as we were informed of this. The only gripe we had was that we had informed her of some specific areas we wanted completed, however some areas (Bathroom, shower stall) took longer than anticipated and shew as unable to finish all of our areas of need. The areas her and her assistant were able to get to where cleaned well! I would purchase again, however would have a better understanding of the usage of time! Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful. She is just a lovely person. I had had to delayed scheduling due to being out of the country, but she rescheduled us on our return and was just a pleasure to deal with.

They show up on time and do a great job. I loved the steamed floors and spotless bathrooms and kitchen

Both ladies did a excellent job. I want to point out they don't waste anytime getting busy and done. Even though I paid for 3 hours, I still had an hour left that I can use at a later time. Honesty speaks for a lot now a days. I highly recommend Sandie.

She had good reviews on Angies List and prices there seemed ok so I requested a estimate meeting. Sandi was quite impressive during our initial meeting and I was satisfied with the services and detailed cleaning that she explained. However, we have a quite small home less than 1200sqft newer construction, reasonably well kept and used only on weekends so the every 2 weeks quote of taking 8 hours and $280. ( twice a month) was , in my opinion, not reasonable. My experiences with some cleaning services leads me to believe that many automatically inflate the price, rate and time as soon as they cross the bridge into Wrightsville Beach and that is too bad for both them and me. I was sorry that I could not hire Sandi.

Sandi is a hard worker, and does what she sees has to be done. If I have a special need she does it. What I love is she brings her own equipment, and does not use many chemicals when she cleans. All in all, she is easy to work with, and good at her job. She charged $35.00/hour and worth every dime.

I am 8 months pregnant and can't get under the couches, tops of things or clean the baseboards as well anymore so decided to hire someone to clean weekly. My husband and I run a very demanding business especially during the summer and I had a house cleaner all last summer that was excellent but she moved out of the area. So maybe the quality of service I am comparing this company to just isn't up to par with my previous experience. Needless to say we were very dissatisfied with the service. I didn't feel the house was much cleaner than how it was left. Before the cleaning we went through the house and certain things were mentioned that were supposed to be cleaned that weren't. This was supposed to be a "deep clean" from top to bottom. The top of refrigerator and dryer were untouched which was specifically discussed to be cleaned prior to during the walk through. The half bathroom was untouched and never cleaned. The entertainment stands weren't cleaned and nothing was dusted properly. No couches were moved to be cleaned under or behind. The chandelier in the dining room wasn't dusted and the light in the kitchen that I specifically asked her to clean because I am physically unable to do so wasn't cleaned. She claimed she couldn't take the globe down, which I told her how to do (its 4 knobs you unscrew with your fingers) and have done myself many times before pregnancy. It was overall a very poor job and I feel she mislead me during the walk through and promised things that she didn't deliver. I contacted her and told her that I didn't think it was going to work out because our idea of deep clean wasn't no where near the same and her services were no longer needed, she never responded.

She did a fantastic job! We worked for a couple of days. She was very fast and efficient, and that's one thing that I definitely like. She goes for multiple days of work as well (a couple of hours one day and a couple of hours the next day). It was a pretty reasonable price for the work that she did. I definitely have her number in my phone and I will be calling her again when I need her.

Went extremely well--Sandi has lots of energy, works non-stop and an excellent sense of "how to organize" for the best ease of use and storage. She always checked in when she had any questions about certain items or how we might use them. Our home is so much "easier" to use and know where things are--it's a great feeling.

She becomes your best friend the first day you meet her. I hVe used her for three years. I am 70 with MS. She is there to help we with anything I need . Her attitude brings joy into my home when she comes. I trust her totally. She cleans our home when we are away. There are not enough stars to rate her service.

Sandi and Donna thoroughly clean our kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. They make the bed and take out the trash when needed. They use non-abrasive cleaners and clean the floors with 'Bona' wood cleaner. Sandi and Donna are trustworthy and professional; they do all the work and I trust them in my home.

We are on a routine schedule for almost a year and no plans to change.

I have used her for over a year and plan on continuing to use her.

Sandi is super nice and professtional. She does a good job but I do think her price is a little high for cleaning our small space.

I do not have any problems with the work

I utilize Sandi's services on a monthly basis. She brings all of the necessary supplies and equipment, but is very willing to use any specific product requested. I work from home and she makes it very easy for me and "works around me and my schedule". She is also flexible in extending her hours if I need more help for a particular reason such as family visiting.

Sandi arrives around 9:00 a.m. and brings all her cleaning materials and tools, i.e., swiffer, vacuum, etc., and she works one room at a time, cleaning thoroughly. She inspects her work after she is done and leaves a check list of items that might need attention in the future. She always leaves the check list to indicate what has been done. Because I have a difficult time on ladders Sandi even replaces all my air filters and, once a year, my fire detector batteries, above and beyond the scope of the job. Again, I would highly recommend Your Cleaning Girl to everybody!

Sandi is great! She does a wonderful, efficient job and is fair with pricing. Easy to work with and always reliable. She is great with dogs too! Highly recommend her housecleaning services.

Sandi has been coming to clean my house every two weeks for the last couple of months. She is efficient, professional and punctual. She can also help with other chores besides cleaning: organizing and gardening. I have found her to be very pleasant and a great help to me.

It was a very positive experience. Ms. West initially came to do a walk through, discuss our needs and to explain her services. She was prompt, thorough and very professional. She came well prepared with written information, took notes and contacted us promptly with rates for our house. She cleaned our house once so far and we were very pleased with her services. Ms. West spent time discussing her cleaning afterwards and requested our feedback. She is very flexible and easy to work with. She is also honest about what we need and did not try to sell us more services than appropriate. We have scheduled her to come on a regular basis.

Excellent job, she was very thorough, and spent almost 5 hours going over every sq inch of the house. Also, she showed up on time, and brought all the cleaning supplies. Highly recommended.
