Once again, Peak did and excellent job of repairing my house. Last week the foundation, this week the porch and driveway. Darron and Ron were as nice as could be even with me asking a hundred or so questions. (I just wanted to know how the perma seal worked). Even went above and beyond for me. I would definitely hire Peak again if there are any future problems.

The crew that did my repairs, Gabriel, Javier, and Anthony, were patient with me asking numerous questions and poking my nose over their shoulder as they did the work. They were very knowledgeable about the whole process. It stinks that my house broke in half, but I am confident with the repairs made and the crew that performed the work. I highly recommend Peak Structural.

5 Stars to Nick Tinker who did a thorough inspection. He took the time to explain our current assessment and possible future needs. He offered to do some minor repair of an area around a pump. He was very knowledgeable, congenial and friendly. He provided exceptional service.

Kenny Anderson and his crew arrived on time, reviewed work to be done, and proceeded in a professional manner to install and adjust four Smart Jacks installed beneath the front porch deck. This was primarily a preventive measure, as minor settling had previously been noted and repaired on another part of the deck.

A few things happened which didn't bother me in the slightest. For example the estimator with approval showed up 4 hours. Then the truck needed for the liquid foam broke down before the job was to start so we had to reschedule from Monday to Friday. Then the crew with approval showed up 2.5 hours early. They did a GREAT job and provided guidance on how to caulk my 294' driveway to help prevent future issues. The whole job took under 2 hours.

Kenny, David and Carlos arrived on time and after reviewing the job with me got right to work. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and did excellent work. Would hire again if needed.

Inspection by field representative Chris Huxtable was very professionally done. He was knowledgeable about our problem, very responsive to our questions, open to discussing alternative. We couldn't have asked for a more helpful review.

Davey arrived right on time. He was friendly and cordial. He explained what he was going to do and what he needed to see. He the reported that the cracks did not require repair, but should be monitored. Honest too. I would use Peak again in a heartbeat.

Three years ago Peak Structural installed an extensive basement waterproofing system to hopefully prevent future flooding in my basement. So far the system has been excellent--several heavy rain/hail events and no flooding. I requested an annual maintenance and check of the system and Nick Tinker was the technician assigned to the task. Nick was thorough and professional. In addition to performing maintenance on my system he checked the house for any other potential problems. He found a couple of minor issues but was honest in stating they didn't have to be addressed immediately. Nick was terrific. Hopefully he will still be around next year for my annual check!

Learn more Our project consisted of installing Smart Jacks to shore up some minor settlement of our front deck due to deterioration of 6" wooden support pillars over time. The crew foreman, Kenny Anderson, and his two crew members showed up onsite promptly at 8:00 AM, analyzed the situation and proceeded with the Smart Jack installation in a very professional and workmanlike manner. They were able to restore the existing pillars to their original positions while preserving the adjacent architectural elements with no damage. Kenny and his crew were very cordial at all times, cleaned up the work area and completed the job in a prompt and efficient manner. We are quite pleased with the completed project and would not hesitate to call upon Peak Structural again if needed for any future structural requirements.

Darren and Nate traveled from Colorado Springs to Trinidad to stabilize out patio. He called at a reasonable hour to let us know the were 30 minute out. All work was completed in a timely, professional manner and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was above expectations.

They put in 6 piers where 4 would have done, they used the wrong type of piers for Colorado and in a year one of the piers has detached from the house altogether. None of the 6 piers were bolted to the foundation. No engineer stepped foot on the property. This "repair" has caused significant ongoing damage to the property requiring work totaling 3 times what they charged us.

This company proved to be professional all the way through the process. I felt the price was reasonable for the work done. They gave me several options to consider with a range of prices. It is obvious that professionalism and keeping the customer in the loop are areas of emphasis for Peak Structural as they did both quite well. Based on their reputation (BBB company of the year!) and performance for me, I would not hesitate to use them again.

They did not perform per the contract. No bulb of influence. Tried to negotiate to them only to catch them in lies (in email and texts that I have saved). They also pay $25 for each review, so do not believe what you read.

estimate made; refundable deposit of over $500 given on 9/29/17. it is 10/17/17 and refund has not been credited to my credit card. I call company, clerk said she could not refund deposit until her supervisor approved it and she did not know when that will happen. This delay in refunding a refundable deposit before three weeks is not acceptable to me. I don't think it would be acceptable to anyone.

They did a great job, are efficient, and professional. If we had any problems they came back quickly to fix it.

Although the repair was very expensive, we believe Peak did an excellent job and that the work done justified the price. The crew with foreman Evan was very professional and did exactly what was asked and then some. Our old beam was cracked and a floor jack had been used to support the old beam. They replaced the beam with a steel beam and then leveled the floors. In order to get the old beam out and put in the new beam, they needed to remove part of the decking on the front porch. When they left, the deck had been replaced and was exactly like before the work started. The consultant Chad also gave us recommendations to dry the crawl space. We will be having them do this work next year.

They replaced two window wells and they did excellent work on them. They were timely and professional. Be aware that all coupons or discounts must be presented prior to being given a price quote on services.

Brian Evan and his crew were able to raise the pillar to virtually eliminate the gap, despite problems with the soil and construction which required extensive work above and beyond their normal procedures to produce an outstanding result. They installed a helical pier under the original caisson which eliminated a possible crack in the porch slab and got the porch looking great again. Check ou the before and after pictures attached..

I purchased a Real Deal for $49 for Foundation Evaluation with Credit Toward Foundation Repair. What I received was an estimate for work to be done--which most companies offer for free. While the design specialist was prompt and professional, he examined my problem and recommended extensive interior work which involved removing the perimeter of the basement concrete floor, and the lower half of the drywall, then installing an interior drainage system with a large sump pump. The cost of the repairs exceeded $15,000. He told me this was required because our house did not have an external drainage. After checking with another company and doing a little research with the regional building department, I learned that we did have an external drain--required of all houses built by the time ours was. The real solution to our problem is to have the drain unclogged, much simpler and much less expensive. So it felt like either the specialist didn't do his basic homework, or I was being up-sold. Either way, their approach was very dissatisfying.

Peak Structural exceeded my expectation with their service. I was sent a package prior to the specialist's arrival about foundation repair and a short bio on the person who would be taking care of those needs. The specialist, John MacFarland, also contacted me prior to his arrival to make sure we received the material and to answer any questions or concerns about the inspection. During the inspection, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything so I could understand the evaluation. He also used technology that provided a visual representation of our home's foundation. His knowledge, in combination with the visual aid, made me feel confident in his assessment and decreased my need for a second opinion. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have the structure of their home inspected.

The representative was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us thru all our options to include a minor fix as that is all we needed. Our issue was small enough for us to fix so their services were not needed. He was honest about it and did not try to up sell me anything. I appreciate the honesty and if a larger job arises I will for sure go with Peak Structural, good to run into an honest business. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I just had a two-day operation on my basement to install a perimeter drain and pumping system in my basement. This required a lot of jack hammering, laying a channel around the entire basement, sinking a pump bucket and creating a discharge system outdoors. I am glad I had the crew I did, headed by Luis Salcedo! The whole crew worked to minimize my household disturbance and were very accommodating. Luis was very personable and I felt like I was in good hands. It is too soon to tell how well the system works, but I trust I will be happy!

Eric and Ben did a careful and thorough job replacing the window well, and they responded to questions and requests professionally and helpfully. All scheduling and communication were perfect.

Process went well. Price point may be out of our budget.
