Very well. Austin, Tim and Angel were polite, friendly, and extremely competent in their work. The project went as planned, within schedule and budget. They went out of their way to keep things as clean and neat as possible, minimizing the amount of clean-up we had to do after they left. They always made sure we were informed as to their progress, and how things were going on the project. Will definitely recommend them.

It went very well. They did hit a few pipes. Two were busted, but they got a hold of the plumber to come in and get it fixed. They covered the costs under my warranty and are very easy to work with. Thank you so much for getting this done.

As always, Nick was very thorough. He ensured that everything was in working order and pointed out, without trying to sell anything, areas that might need some improvement. This is the second year Nick has conducted the inspection, this year at my request. He is terrific.

This is a long process, but Peak worked diligently. The reps and crews were all skilled and professional. The work was done when promised. After a problem arose (cause is yet to be determined and may not be Peak's fault at all), Zach Milligan came out this week and did an extremely thorough inspection. He outlined his qualifications, spent hours doing an extensive examination, and explained everything completely. He will continue to work with us and another company (which did different work in the same area) until the issue is resolved. We could not have been more impressed.

Zach Milligan responded timely and professionally. He is very knowledgeable and supportive. He outlined various options and took the time to explain next steps in great detail. I have ongoing needs and service requirements, and will ask for Zach to be assigned to these jobs.

The patio looks great! It is again level and cracks repaired. We also had the 600 foot driveway repaired, cracks filled and the seams caulked. Darren, Joab and Javier were excellent, knowledgeable and polite workers. They made sure we were informed and always knew exactly what they were doing. We have a 600 foot driveway and not many workers would still be smiling at the end of the day after walking up and down that many, many times. They were awesome!

After moving the date due to weather, next day two of the company workers came by on time and got to work completing the job in two days and it’s been all good. I’m happy 😃 with the job done.

Javier and Darren were both very polite and professional. They explained what they would be doing and what we should expect for results. The only issue is the over-spray on one of our garage doors. Both Javier and Darren were very apologetic and attempted to remove the over-spray, but explained they had nothing with them that would work to do that. I believe they did the best they could with the materials and equipment they had. At the time, I didn't think it would be an issue for me because I've been considering painting the garage doors. However, after some additional thought and consideration, I'm concerned that it will continue to be an issue for me even if I repaint. Just moments ago I spoke to Antonia in your customer experience department and I will be sending her some pictures later. I'm looking forward to working with other members of the Peak Structural staff to reach a mutually satisfactory solution.

They came two weeks early and did a very professional job with updating my window well. Kenny, David and Jordan were very professional and courteous. They were great.
