Our Salesman Cliff Frost was not high pressure and allowed us to get a second estimate so we could compare companies. The men working on the project were Kenny and Ben who were very professional and discussed what they were doing throughout the project. Sure our landscape was disturbed but you expect that with the work that was needed. Thank you Peak Structural in Palmer Lake for the great job.

Peak Structural arranged a time to warranty repair and the team arrived exactly as scheduled. They kept me informed of progress and finished as projected. Sealed seams as necessary. My walks are releveled! Was a great job.

ERIC AND ZACH did such a great job prepping, completing and cleaning up the reapirs we needed done. They were fast, friendly and answered all my questions. Hopefully I have no more issues with concrete cracks or foundation cracks but if new ones emerge I'm definitely going to use peak structural and ask for Eric and Zach again

The crew was great. Kenny, Ben, and Jason did a terrific job jacking our foundation back into place after settling for many years. I would highly recommend Peak Structural to anyone!

They were fantastic and finished our foundation work with a couple days! There was some damaged caused to our fence during the construction, but they immediately notified us and paid for it to be fixed! We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation work.

I'm in the process of selling a home and the buyers are requesting some foundation work to be done. They got an estimate from a different company. I reached out to Peak about getting a second opinion. They have a busy schedule but could sense my urgency and were able to get someone out quickly. Dave, arrived right on time. He was thorough in going over the property. Dave then got me a full report later that day that was leaps and bounds above what the sellers provided. Excellent amount of detail with a professional presentation. The ball is in the buyers court right now, but I would not hesitate in hiring Peak for the work.

They did a great job. Eric and Tim handled the leveling and sealant. Sam and Mitchell came back a week later to take care of joint and crack caulking. This was originally scheduled in the fall, but early snow pushed it out to this spring. I should say that Tim Miller was excellent at scoping the project out and working the proposal effort.

The actual work went well. Peak stuck to their schedule and did a real nice job. My only problem was in the presentation of the quote for the job. It was a bit confusing to read and understand, I would give them a “C” on that end of it but the job was an “A”.

The quick version: After $21,000 there is still a 4" slope across a small living room when I was told they could get it to around 1". The long version: I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Peak Structural nearly every step of the way. While the initial consultation encouraged me that Peak Structural could repair my sagging floor joists, just about everything went wrong after that. From the first “design specialist" who made a false assumption about a water line without telling me and cost me an extra $2000 and month-long delay (that snowballed into many other issues) to the promise that I would receive photos of cut HVAC ducts which I’ve never received after asking many times, to a complete lack of care for my time or schedule, Peak Structural has added immense amounts of stress in my life without delivering any solutions. In addition to the scheduling and communication nightmares, the waste of my time when they scheduled the wrong people, and a project that hasn’t been completed by the end of January when it was supposed to be completed in September…the final outcome is the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. I was told that they could jack up my floors to around a 1”-2” slope across my floors. After over $21,000 I still have a 4” difference across just my living room- about 10’ wide. I highly recommend that nobody use this company if they want work done well, on time, and in a respectful manner.

Austin called ahead of time, introduced himself and relayed when he would arrive. Austin arrived on time, was respectful and nice. Austin did a very professional job, answering all questions professionally.

Today we had Nick Tinker he works for Peak Structure .He did a complete inspection and adjustment . Very knowledgeable and professional .He told me about everything he was doing ,made me understand in layman terms . So I signed up for the yearly inspection .Peak Structure you have a great employee.!!! Thank you

I would love to say it went very well; however, when the representative showed up for the scheduled appointment, he took one look and said, "we don't do this type of work." It would have been nice if the scheduling rep that I spoke with at the home show had told me this then rather than waste my time and the time of the gentleman that showed up for the appointment. The girls at the home show were very nice and friendly; however, they need to be better informed on what kind of services Peak Structural is able to provide. The rep that came to my house was very pleasant and professional, but it was a huge waste of both of our times.

Cliff's inspection was extremely detailed...blueprint, elevation measurements, crawl space pictures. I was thoroughly impressed. Yes, we wrote a downpayment check & are waiting for work to begin.

Great! The rep explained that it wasn't worth sending out an employee to repair it, as it was such a small job. He told us how to repair it ourselves (before the problem becomes worse). I highly recommend this company and the "solution designer", Dan Peake, for his honesty and integrity.
