Description of Work: I requested an objective assessment of the cause of water in my basement. Instead we were visited by a very sharp and professional salesman who could only focus on selling his companies solution, which, it turns out, we really do not need. I was disappointed and turned elsewhere for help with our problem.

Description of Work: I was concerned about the integrity of our home's foundation, as we had a flood in the basement. It was a great relief to have an evaluation that dispelled my concerns. It was well worth the price. There were no recommendations that needed immediate attention, so there was no further work done. The only disappointment was that the inspector was not a registered structural engineer, but he was very knowledgeable for what I needed.

Description of Work: the offer and all the books they sent prior to the meeting was very promising. the person who came seemed to be surprised as to why he was there. had no of walking thru my finished and unfinished basement and offered no assistance, nothing. So in my estimation it was a waste of everyone's time, money and hopes of figuring out what I should do in my basement. he had no input as all.
