Work was done well price seemed little high based on check around afterwards

It was a nightmare. In the summer of 2012 we purchased two HVAC systems and a tank-less water heater. In Nov. 2013 we found that they installed one of the systems improperly. The new natural gas furnace was hooked up to the old LP tank. The LP was reserved to run the gas logs only. The furnace never ran properly and another company noticed that it was hooked to the wrong source. It was replaced but they installed old systems. We had another company do the annual maintenance we discovered that the systems were several years older than the date of installation. I will never let them step foot in this house again. The water heater needed to be inspected 3 times before they got it right. I still have the re-inspection forms

The tech showed up, looked at it for less than one minute and told me that I had to do a major replacement (can't remember the parts he mentioned anymore - this was a few years ago). The estimated cost was substantial and he wanted me to decide right there and give him a check to secure the parts order. When I tried to ask some questions, he got very annoyed with me and told me I was wasting his time. I asked about running some tests on it and he snarkily told me that he was the expert, not me. So I declined to order the parts or pay for the visit - he said that I'd have to take that up with his superiors. He didn't much care that I refused to pay right then. I called and complained and they waived the fee for the visit and offered to send someone else. I used another company for a second opinion instead and they did actually do tests. I had 3 leaks and the replacement parts were under warranty. They fixed it for me quickly for only labor charges. Never called WeatherMaster again and went on a maintenance agreement with Air Velocity - LOVE them!!

They did the job as promised and am very pleased with them.

In a word, Awesome. They first had us up and running that day [temporary setup], and then returned to replace the underground power line that was fried. They needed to return two months later to replace the original pump when it failed because of the lightning strike [delayed failure], and then all was well. These guys worked their butts off to get us back to normal. We also use them for our regular HVAC service and maintenance.

Very well. Called before as requested, on time, wore shoe covers for cleanliness. Worked to stay on schedule, reviewed findings in plain speak and explained service work needed in detail.

Brandon replaced the leaking parts and took time to talk to me teaching me about his industry. Also we discovered another leaking component in which he provided an estimate for future repairs.

Heat pump never worked properly. When temperature dipped below freezing, the unit only gave off cold air. Repairman said everything was fine. Thermostat was set for 80 degrees but house temperature was 55. I was told they would come when the problem occurred again if I called. When it happened again, I was told they could not come. It was unsafe. (It had snowed). No follow-up--never heard from them again. I called another company. Bad heat strips were the problem. I had put up with problem for 3 winters.

This happened late at night and the people at Weather Master responded promptly and Ryon the service tech came out - keeping us posted on his arrival time. They had a lot of calls that night. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me the frozen evacuation pipe that was causing the problem. He was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Ryon resolved the problem efficiently and effectively - and the price was very reasonable. We were extremely impressed with Weather Master and will certainly use them again if we have any AC or heating problems.

Not good. The only ones we thought were caring and competent were the tech Rassie and Diane in Finance. Those two seemed to know what they were doing but we had negative experiences with everyone else!!! First off, when the sales associate Mike Maxwell arrived he said out the whole system including the duct work needed to be replaced with a new Lennox system. The price was over $10,760 financed for 10 years. He refused to listen when we said that was way beyond our budget and surely there was a more reasonable option. Thank God we told him we would rather check around and we did We were able to get a new Rheem for $4444 less from another company and they offered 0 % financing for only 2 years. AND we could use our existing duct work. What a relief!!! However, we had to fight with Weather Master to get the $264 we had already paid for a service contract back. Jim in Finance told me the check would be destroyed and then his accounting department put it through anyway. I spoke with him, let him know I was outraged and he finally got it straightened out, but if I had not been "pro-active and on top of things" this company would have taken us to the cleaners.. We would never ever do business with them or recommend them to anyone..............

They came up with a list of things that I needed to do as a precaution. Not telling me at first it was precautions. The total bill was 3 times as high as anyone else. I only used them because I was under warranty. I would have been better off to go with a total different company'

They come out and what they do is service. I guess part of what they do is flush it, remove all calcium or whatever build up is in there. They had a special going for $99. I guess that is reasonable.

I pay for 2 visits at a time. They were doing good.

I pay for the service call in the spring and the service call in the winter. We were having trouble there for a while but it seems to have been straightened out. I've not gotten a price from anyone else but I assume they are comparable. We had trouble in past years but the past one and a half years we have gotten everything straightened around and everything is fine. Professionalism is very good.

We purchased our heat pump through them. So we have been using them to do the maintenance.The workers are professional.

The unit was 2 years old and only had a one year warranty so was almost a full year out of warranty. We had them out a year before for similar issue and called them because it had recurred. They came by and said they would stand by their work. 2 hours later we had ac and no bill. We were expecting to at least pay a service charge. Not complaining though.

I have a service contract with them. They seem competitive with everybody else. There was one worker, they took an hour to complete the work. They left the area like thy found it, very clean. I've been using them off an on for 10-15 years. They came in and summarized my air conditioning unit and they come back in the fall to winterize my heating system.

I satisfied with services. They are very clean and even wear booties when they come in the house! We will be using them again for our spring tune up.

They always done a good job. Expensive as h*ll, but always did a good job. They had maintained our heating and air condition in the house, we had 3 of them. They handled it for me. They did a lot of modifications that I needed. I would try to get a lower price. I used them for dependability, but I would shop around.

Good job, though they did have to return the next day to finish something the tech forgot

I think they were professional and on time and I felt just kind of straight to the point and didn't try to sell you any extras that you may not need.

It's been a couple years I switched over to a different company. It became very clear to me that they were trying to sell services that weren't needed. So they come out for something which stop working on your air conditioning and they come out and then they'd always try to sell you something and what got me was one time the told me that I had mold and they tried to sell me on some ultra violet light, the end was some ridiculous quote like 11 or $1200. They left me a flyer and I went on amazon and looked at the same light and it was like $250 so when I switched companies I came out and I showed them the quote on quote mold and the guy says that's just dust, then he started showing me pictures from jobs he's been on what actual mold looked like so I just think ultimately they were just looking to up sell. They were responsive, if I called them and you know it was 95 degrees out and I needed somebody to come out I'd get somebody out the next day. They were big enough to service but I think they lost a little bit of the building trust with the customer.

I’ve used them ever since I’ve been here but I’m thinking about changing only because I’ve used them long enough and I’d like to change vendors. They come when scheduled. Some I didn’t like just based on who is the person who came out here. That person was excellent and very thorough, professional and personable.

They made the appointment the next day. They arrived on time. The workers were very professional. The service man that came was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He was very pleasant.
