They did an excellent job rebuilding my deck. It required a new floor (2x6â s), and after removing the floor boards, they found four beams (2x10â s) that had to be replaced. They were very courteous and hard working, besides the excellent job on the deck, they finished with a good clean up. I would highly recommend them for any outside deck job.

The guys from Top Choice Renovations went above and beyond my expectations. I needed to have a poorly built landing and stairs replaced and Douglas came over within a day of me reaching out to review the project and had a quote to me later the same day. He was reasonable on pricing and worked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted in the project. The team that came a few days later, including Josue, Alex, and David, were nothing but professional and made sure the job site stayed orderly and were in constant communication with me throughout the project. The work they completed was truly craftsman level.. I canâ t emphasize enough how impressed I am. When they finished up, they made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work before sending any invoices. We needed substantial repairs to our large old deck. Replace all the joists, decking, stairs, and some beams, but retain the railings. We wanted Trex to reduce future maintenance and obviously everything to code. Douglas impressed me with his knowledge of techniques and details of the code in his proposal, plus explaining how he would preserve the existing railings which were in good condition. What put it over the edge for me was the confidence he showed in his close, long-term team, Hosue and Alex. The execution of the project went like clockwork to the end. They were very easy to work with and I was very impressed with their attention to detail and quality work. We would be happy to hire them again.
