"Overall, we were very happy with the service provided by A Step Above Handyman. Our original appointment had to be rescheduled to the next day which I'm sure isn't a normal practice for them and we were more than accommodating. Sometimes scheduling just don't work out as perfectly as you try to make it! The guys that came by put the mount up in like 10 minutes when we struggled with one nail for 20 minutes, lol. Sometimes it's not a bad idea to hire a professional. If I ever need anything else, I would definitely come back and utilize them. Would recommend!"

Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. The main issue was that Steve tried to add $7000 onto my agreed price because material prices had increased. Problem was that all the lumber had been bought and sitting in my driveway prior to the material increase. He forgot that he had given a list months earlier showing we had all we needed but the siding to complete the job.The company does good work but you have to stay on top of the business side of the contract."
