Great! Did some additional work.

Garage door opener stopped working. They came out after 2 days and found an obstruction to the electric eye safety sensor. They removed the obstruction and lubricated the door. They arrived on time and were easy to work with. Some of their lubrication leaked through to the outside of the door and has been difficult to remove the stain. They were professional and seemed to know what they were doing.

It went really well - I got the quote one day, and the garage door was installed the next day. The sales tech explained the different types of units very well over the phone so that I knew what I would be getting for the money. The installation technician was quick and polite, and he even went the extra mile to program my car's garage door opener to work with my new unit. It would have been nice if they would have taken back the extra remote that I had paid for since I didn't need it after my car was programmed. They didn't charge me extra for having to travel to High Point to do the work, and their prices were less than another company in the area for a similar product. I would recommend them - just don't order an extra remote until you find out if your car has a button already. The only other thing that would have been helpful is if they could have given me a "time window" for when they would be arriving. Instead, they just called and said they were coming.

The fellow I spoke with in the office, Jeff, was very knowlegeable. Sometimes when you call companies you get a clerk who doesn't know what they are talking about, so it was nice having an expert to discuss my job with. I thought my garage door openers needed replacing, but when I described the "symptoms", Jeff told me it sounded like all the doors needed was a service call, a lube and some adjusting. I was relieved, as I had thought the job was going to cost in the hundreds! A tech was out the next day, he was on time and he did a good job. The tech told me the rubber seals were fine and did not need replacing. I was pleased that Piedmont not only did a good job, but that they were honest about what repairs were actually needed.

THIS COMPANY WAS EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WORKED QUICKLY BUT EFFICIENTLY. THEY ARE A WELL KNOWN BUSINESS AND I CAN SAY I TRUST THEM COMPLETELY.

PIEDMONT REALLY KNOWS HOW TO REPRESENT AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. THEY ALSO HAD EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND HAD EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF THE INSTALLATION.

THEY REMOVED THE OLD DOOR AND HAD TO STRAIGHTEN THE TRACKS. THEY HAULED AWAY THE OLD DOOR FOR US WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO ASK THEM TO. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND PUNCTUAL.

THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE RIGHT AWAY AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY HAD A GOOD PRICE. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE.
