Description of Work: I called this company for a second opinion after I was told that my working AC units both needed replacing. Tommy was very thorough in showing me that the units were fine. There was no icing and no problems he could detect except missing valves and kinked hoses. He returned the next week for the repair and even gave a little boost of Freon (at no charge).It is uncertain of this occurred with the initial cleaning/inspection or last year during a cleaning/inspection. The technicians do not work on commission as many do, so there is no high pressure sales pitch. They do get paid more because of this, and their costs are going to be a little higher. I would rather pay for good, honest, reliable service and feel comfortable spending my money, than saving some money wot people I do not trust. Tommy will be coming out in the fall to do a furnace check/cleaning.

Description of Work: Excellent installion of New Trane Hivac system

Description of Work: Ac was not working in summer, they came couple days later, fixed 1 small part to get it running but didn't fill low freon they found requiring another future service call and extra charge. The tech was not informative to my wife leaving me to glean the above from the scribbled bill.
