Absolute was flawless...In-fact the city inspectors came out after the installation and said they never have issues with Absolute installations, which says as a lot. If you are like me and don't want to deal with the larger Corporate Heating and Air Companies that charge a lot and make you feel like just another client, then Absolute Comfort is your company. Don't get me wrong, the are establish and have an office...but they made me feel secure and that I was part of their family. In fact, the week they had open to install our new units, was our scheduled a vacation. We worked out the details and they came to my house and installed both systems when I was out of town...There is nothing like coming home to a cool house from a long vacation. They are good people and you will get professional and honest service from them...

Absolute Comfort was called for a routine check and cleaning of the gas furnace. They arrived on time check the operation of the furnace and made necessary adjustments.

Absolute Comfort has been our HVAC service for years. They always do a great job, going above and beyond what is required for the job. We once flooded our ductwork, shortly after moving into the house, and they replaced the ducts that needed it, just before Thanksgiving and a cold snap. Great service, solid work, and a fair price. Ever since then, we use them for everything, including when one of our heatpumps died. They tried to repair what they could, and we limped along, but ended up replacing it with a much more efficient unit. They do great work, including on recurring service contracts. We appreciate them tremendously, and look forward to working with them in the future. Highly recommended!

Everything went really well. When they came to give us the estimate to replace our a/c we also asked for an estimate to replace our furnace too. They gave us a price for both options but advised us that gas furnaces typically last approx 20 years and ours was only 11 years old. They would replace our furnace if we wanted them to but we would essentially be spending money unnecessarily. We had gotten estimates from other hvac co's and they were much higher and told us that we had to replace our furnace to make it compatible with the new a/c unit.

This company is very reputable and well known by upscale contractors in the area who consider them their #1 choice.. (and my #1 choice)I have used their services in the past (~6 years ago) when doing a kitchen remodel. Over the past few years I have nursed along the old units that had a slow leak and they were never pushy in regard to telling me they needed to be replaced ASAP but I finally decided they were on their last leg with last years hot summer so gave them a call and scheduled. Their crew members are very personable, respectful meticulous and knowledgeable. They left their work areas spotless. My gut also tells me they are honest to the bone regarding their business practice. The crew showed up early two mornings to do this work and consistently answered questions I had to the best of their knowledge or sought out someone who knew. They replaced the thermostats and added CO2 detectors to code. I would trust these guys in my home if I couldn't be there. A cousin who was high up in Trane (years ago) recommended them to me years ago. Even though I am on the NW GSO side of town they are here promptly for any calls I have ever had.

When I called for a bid, Donnie was able to stop by the same day. In addition, by the time I had Absolute stop by to give me a bid, I knew exactly what I wanted. I was pleased that Donnie confirmed my needs and did not try to up sell me on unnecessary items for the system. I collected approximately 7 bids from companies in the area on replacing the A/C portion of my HVAC system. Absolute Comfort was very competitive. On the day of the installation, the team arrived on time, assessed the situation and began work immediately. They were professional, clean and cleaned up when they left. I felt like Absolute Comfort provided outstanding customer service and I highly recommend this company. Thank you Absolute Comfort!

Went well. I called on Monday for unit fall checkup and they were here on Tuesday morning

The estimator gave me a reasonable price for a Trane and never pressured me to replace the entire heating and ac system or purchase anything I wasn't interested in. The technicians arrived on time. They started working immediately and completed the job in the timeframe given. They conducted themselves professionally, cleaned up the work site, and overall did a noticeably clean, neat install. They even corrected an error they found in the original installation. The work passed inspection with no problems. I have had the unit for 2 months and have been very happy with its performance. I found the company to be professional and reliable. I will call them when it is time to replace the furnace.

They are very good. They actually came out twice. They recharged and checked out the system the first time they came out and found that some insects had gotten into the control unit of our air conditioner and caused it to quit. They fixed that and everything was fine, but it quit again about three weeks later. I called them and they found that insects had entered the unit again. They fixed it again and did not charge us for it. They made the second trip at no charge to us. You don't get that kind of service everywhere. Their charges are a little bit high but you pay for the value.

I have used these people for service work and replacement work on another unit in the past. They show up when they say, do the work and leave things neat. Their service people have always been very nice guys. The owner is available and responsive if necessary. They gave me several choices from much cheaper than what I ultimately bought to a little more expensive. These people were VERY patient at explaining the options, features and benefits of each possibility. I selected a relatively upscale Trane unit with very low noise and high efficiency along with an additional electronic air cleaner in the ductwork (my idea; not theirs). they did not try to up sell me on anything; just explained options and offered an opinion when I asked for one. The work was done neatly and exactly on time. The new unit is much better than the old one even when it was working properly. Lower noise inside and out and much lower costs to operate. The cost included the unit plus some extra duct reworking outside of what was required for the new unit and the air filtering system. My experience with this company has been excellent on both service and on the replacement unit installation..

They were very nice - from setting up appointment to actual visit. Professional and very competitively priced. He had to return a few weeks later because one of the heaters is not working properly and we are now waiting on a part they had to order. But hoping for the best and that we will have no further issues after the repair.

For the most part, all went well. After the technician departed I noticed water leaking into the kitchen and tried to locate the source. It turns out that it was coming from the attic, two levels above - apparently the tech accidentally knocked into the hot water tank (which is too close to the HVAC unit) and water began to spray from the top water inlet and outlet (tech was unaware). The key point here is that I called Absolute and spoke with Kelly who promised to have the tech back at my house within 1-2 hours. He arrived 20 minutes later and fixed the problem. A few days later I noticed a stain in the ceiling of the 2nd level bedroom that is directly below the tank that leaked. Absolute again responded and is currently in the process of fixing the problem. This is not the first time I have utilized this firm and their reaction to what was an accident is exactly why I do use them. They are responsive, fair and friendly!!

I called around noon, they said a serviceman would be there between 3 and 5, and at around 3:30 someone showed up and got the job done quickly.

Eventually, it became necessary to replace the entire A/C unit. We opted to add a new furnace to replace our 19 year old heating unit. Again, the work was done promptly and expertly. I would highly recommend ABSOLUTE COMFORT.

I appreciate their honesty and friendly approach. I am quite pleased with their work. In my past experiences with repairs, they offer me options and state the best possible solution for the lowest cost.

I like that if there is a problem that I am aware of, they are very good about coming back to take care of it. They offer great service and their approach is always professional.

I HAVE USED THIS GENTLEMAN FOR YEARS. HE ALWAYS DOES A WONDERFUL JOB WHEN HE IS HERE. FOR THIS JOB HE ONLY SPENT TWO DAYS IN MY HOME. EVEN THE NEIGHBORS USE THEM NOW.
