Realized suddenly that the day had come for a roof replacement when leaks appeared. They moved me right up the schedule and took care of everything quickly and neatly. Excellent communication and a hard working crew. Well done!

The staff were great and very courteous. The construction crew was fast, but due to the weather we were delayed in the completion of the roof. Even though it was a while after the start of the project they came back and finished up the job in record time. I recommend them to all my friends and coworkers.

Hired them to enclose our back deck and make a slab from stamped concrete. Had a little miscommunication problems due to my wife and I getting new local phone numbers as we recently relocated from Florida and I guess not everyone involved got the new numbers. This is the only reason I didn't give them straight 5's. Very professional and straight forward from the start. No high pressure sales and they truly seemed to put customer satisfaction top priority. The crew who enclosed and screened in our deck was very polite and professional. Gary, the foreman in charge was very knowledgeable, explained the process and answered all the questions in great detail. Outstanding job Gary. The deck is complete except for the electrical work and I will add another review after the stamped concrete is complete. Very satisfied with the work so far and would highly recommend this company.

Quality of product and work, cleanup, and communication were top notch. Pleasant and friendly staff . . . Highly recommended. In addition, we had our decking replaced at our vacation home in Surf City by Southern Leisure Builders. Steven Krol, who is the General Manager, and his crew did a great job installing our new deck decking. After a few months the material started to change color . . . it looked dull with white streaks. We thought it was just the salt air and would just wipe right off, but it didn’t. We might have just shrugged it off over time, but Steven fortunately let us know that there was a recall on the decking because of a defect in the material. He assured us that he would take care of it and because Steven was looking out for his customer and was on top of things we now have beautiful new decking for years to come. Everything that was agreed upon in the contract was followed and the work was done as stated.I am satisfied with the quality of work that was done.This is a good company with honest people.

Could have gotten my new roof done cheaper but the quality and workmanship is excellent. Well worth the money. I highly recommend this company.

My daughter researched metal roofers on the internet, since my home and buildings were damaged by a tornado. Our decision to go with Southern Leisure Builders was based on their website information. Everyone, especially Steven, was awesome and outstanding! Steven made sure the job was done RIGHT! The workers (angels) were efficient, prompt (came early and stayed into the night), knowledgeable, courteous, worked hard and steady through the heat, cleaned up as they worked, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. My roofs are BEAUTIFUL!. I know I'm the envy of my neighborhood. A JOB WELL DONE! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!

We had a metal roof installed, gutters, downspouts and shutters, as well as exterior painting and interior sun porch painting. From the first contact to the last shutter installed, everyone associated with this contractor has been most respectful and professional. The quality of all the sub-contractors was superior and there was never a mess left during or after when their portion of the work was completed. This is a first rate, very exceptional company. We are more than pleased with how all our job was handled from the first contact to the completed project. Outstanding company!

Excellent company, very professional. Our project was delayed several weeks due to rain and they kept in touch with me throughout the process of scheduling and rescheduling. We were impressed with their entire staff from sales to installation. Good quality materials and experienced installers.

Hard working crew. They took off our old shingles and replaced it with the metal roof, cleaned up their mess, swept our yard for screws and metal pieces. All in one day.

My roof was leaking and I decided on a metal roof. From start to finish Southern Leisure was awesome. I was told it would take two days, but it was done in one. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. There was no mess left and Home Advisor's recommendation was right on the money as far as cost. There was some extra work needed and all went smoothly.

Immediate response to problems, rapid scheduling and workforce deployment, super quality roofing systems and careful attention to details.
