They are very professional and stand by their work (they really do stand by their work). Their knowledge and cordialness gave us an at ease feeling that they were on top of it. We appreciate Joe and Gary Jr. for getting our sunroom back in order, we enjoy it very much. We would recommend them for any outdoor project or addition.

In the case of Southern Leisure Builders; not only was the quality of service foremost but it also showed in the quality of work that was done on my new sunroom.

I was greatly impressed by my entire experience. The price was less than I expected and Dave was very honest in our meeting. He was upfront and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. With his advice, I feel that we made the right choice in which roof we wanted. Financing was no problem with their assistance. Everything was handled well and in a timely manner. I hired Southern Leisure Builders because their sales person really knew his stuff. The quality of the work was good and the roof looks great. Their customer service was exceptional.

I got 3 estimates. SLB was not the cheapest. I selected them because the were the friendliest and most professional. The sales staff, work crew and management answered all my questions. My wife and I are satisfied. I feel sure SLB will fulfill my needs if ever there is a need for follow up.

Hired them to enclose our back deck and make a slab from stamped concrete. Had a little miscommunication problems due to my wife and I getting new local phone numbers as we recently relocated from Florida and I guess not everyone involved got the new numbers. This is the only reason I didn't give them straight 5's. Very professional and straight forward from the start. No high pressure sales and they truly seemed to put customer satisfaction top priority. The crew who enclosed and screened in our deck was very polite and professional. Gary, the foreman in charge was very knowledgeable, explained the process and answered all the questions in great detail. Outstanding job Gary. The deck is complete except for the electrical work and I will add another review after the stamped concrete is complete. Very satisfied with the work so far and would highly recommend this company.

I LOVE the new roof. They responded quickly to any concerns or questions. The installers showed up on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. They checked with me after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new roof.

Realized suddenly that the day had come for a roof replacement when leaks appeared. They moved me right up the schedule and took care of everything quickly and neatly. Excellent communication and a hard working crew. Well done!
