About us

To all, Sawmill Fencing Employs only five members or six to include myself. The due amount is to be payable upon the completed work and a walk around with all homeowners. The walk around would be conducted with either myself or a foreman that is on Site. Every fence install has at least one foreman on site. I want nothing up front as that is fraudulent in my book! I want all to be happy before I accept a penny from anybody.

Services we offer

All fences are screwed together not a nail one! Don't be fooled by other companies telling you that a shank nail will not pull out. IT WILL! That is why I screw. Each fence is my reputation! All gates have a caster wheel with a wooden deck built below. This presents a finished appearance as well as preventing gate sag. With the casters on the deck, all the weight from the gate is removed from the hinges.

Description of Work: Sawmill fencing put up a quality fence that we couldn't be happier with. They were punctual and professional and the price was right. Description of Work: We had a ranch-style fence installed around our back yard and it is perfect. I researched several fencing companies before I contacted Sawmill Fencing to come and do an estimate for us. We chose this company because of the great reviews, and because their work speaks for itself. I looked at many fences around our community in Sneads Ferry, as well as Sawmill Fencing's FB page where there are photos of their work posted. The owner of the company is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He is a great guy and retired Marine. We actually went through this process while my husband was deployed to Afghanistan, and I was skeptical initially because of all the negative reviews I found for other companies. The initial meeting with the owner eased all my fears. The estimate was done quickly, and then the fence was installed a couple of days later. It only took one day. It is beautiful and exactly what we had in mind. My husband was very pleased upon his return home to see how great the fence is. |If you want a company that you can trust to do quality work for you, then Sawmill Fencing is your company.

I am sorry, I do not understand the rating. You had stated that we are a using a good product and gave a good price. "Would you use this company again" you stated "Yes" the comments made do not match up with the grades given. I tried to call and get it figured out but there is no answer on your phone. We only gave you an on time estimate and never did any work. "Would you use this Company again" "Yes" I just can't grasp it. I do not do business in a negative manner nor do I hold back on calling out a false negative. I am astounded that you took the time to report so fast!!! You all were the pleasure to work for. I might be mistaking but I think I had to start you a day or two later than scheduled because of the hurricane. I might be wrong but I don't think so. Many families are in need of help after the storm and thankfully most (but not all) people understand that. I am the only company right now doing fence repairs for some reason. All other companies continue to go up with new as I am too. However people need help and I am here for them regardless of who installed their fence. They have children and animals so they need to be fixed quickly. Thank you again for your posting !!!!!! From ALL OF US AT SAWMILL FENCING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ENJOY YOUR FENCE! Description of Work: Very sturdy construction. Don't want to give away his secrets, but I doubt there is a sturdier design out there then his. If you want any custom work done, be sure to have it written out for him, and keep a copy to show his workers just in case.
