Clean Force One had the best prices in the area. I was happy with their service. I would definitely use them again.

They were very thorough. They arrived on time and took care of the business. The people who did the work were very good. The price was reasonable.

They weren't bad ,they weren't bad at all. I mean a little pricey but decent service. The only dislike i had is just the price . If it was around 250 dollars vs. 300 dollars i guess that was the only dislike i would say. Everything else was good the customer service was really good and everything else was good . The price was my only dislike . If they were a little bit cheaper i would use them again but because of the price that will prob be my first and last time i use them.

They were very courteous. They are local. They don't just do carpet, but other things as well.

GREAT! Staff Assessed my floors and multiple stains provided information and guidance on how to prevent future services. after assessed staff informed me what stains they would and would not be able to remove.Carpets looked great and still look great 3 months later.

They showed up on time, got started right away. I went to work, stopped by during lunch and they were just about done. I'm a return customer and I would never consider using anyone else!

This company is by far the best in Jacksonville. They are professional, courteous, friendly, flexible, thorough, knowledgeable, and affordable. I have used their services on three separate occasions and I will never use any other company for my cleaning needs. Both Kevin and Holly are personable and they genuinely care about their customers. They do excellent work and their top priority is your satisfaction. If you want it done right and you want it done well, hire them. They will not let you down.

Everyone was very professional. I have already referred them to my friends. They cleaned 3 big carpets, cleaned sofa love seat chair ottoman and cleaned Oriental rug (several pet urine stains.

They were very professional, punctual and did a great job. We had pets and our rugs were pretty dingy. I called last minute, Dispatcher informed me of options, and that they could actually do a short notice. The location they were currently at, I know for a fact it should have taken longer but they showed up Quick. They told me to goahead and let them know what I wanted, and what I expected, my concerns, and I did. They went room to room with me, and this was not for a quote but it was a chance to let them know of any concerns in that room, furniture wise and stain wise. They Vacuumed, moved furniture, pre-treated, brushed, steamed, and extracted. Braught thier own water good thing my water was on, I know some people have that cut off if they are moving out and then the move out clean is realiant on a neighbors water source. Very informative, they also seemed genuinely interested in myself as a customer and also as a individual off the street. I learned a couple of trade secrets or trade tips, about what causes rust stains, and which stains are toughest to get out. Unless I was a chemist I would not no what chemical gets out what stain, but they did tell me exactly what stains are caused by and how to prevent it, and then how they would cure it. I really really like the fact that after it was all over with they protected my carpet from the metal legs, on my sofa, and my coffee tables wood legs. My carpet went from grey to beige, its really simple thier stuff just WORKS. the Steam I could tell was hot, because I saw the 2nd guy squeem when he burned the him of his shorts, the Extractor or the sucker, is not a thin squeegy metal tool that I have seen in the past, its a wide head maybe 12 inches x 5 inches rectangular shaped. Carpet info:5 years old, had 2 pets and the renters before me had atleast 2, older carpet and the standard carpet that they put in rental units. Real estate agencys should really treat thier new renters to a thorough company like this because it puts the renter at on a new slate almost, it is way easier to care for carpet when it was thoroughly clean from the get go, not every one owns steamers, and would truly benifit from a truly cleaned carpet, at beginning of thier lease. Will Reccomend over and over again. and Thanks to tips I wont have to call until I move.

In the initial service call, Heidi was very courteous and provided an estimate for carpet cleaning services. We received an email confirmation the night before services were to be performed confirming the date and time. Kevin showed up on time and was very professional. They took care to safeguard the house (corner protectors, etc) against possible damage from the equipment and hoses. We received an empty house discount as well as a military discount. They did quality work and we would highly recommend them!

They were great. They came out within a couple of hours on the day I called them. They were the nicest people. I talked to at least 5 or 6 people that day and they were able to come out that day. They had a great price and they did excellent work. I am going to hire them again next month.

I have used them many times. I like their professionalism and quality of their work. They take pride in whatever they do. They are very professional. They helped to move my furniture and lifted it up a little so that it does not touch the carpet and removed it when the carpet is dry so that it does not leave any dent.

Absolutely, the best, I have before and after pictures and as soon as I can locate them I will post them. This was well beyond my expectations... We had our carpets steam cleaned, power vacuumed and still the white carpets looked a little tan. I hired Clean Force One to get my white carpets back to white and just let me say WOW, truly amazing even the coffee stains and red koolaid stains were gone (Not hidden - Really Gone)! The stairs where white again. Not only will I recommend clean force one to any and everyone, I will rehire them myself--as I still have white carpets four children and three dogs. The price was unbeatable, the service was first class, the customer care and follow-up was second to none. They show up on time with a smile and a great attitude and dug right in to their jobs, Kevin removes the vent caps and hands them off to Heidi who then cleans them thouroughly while Kevin vacuum brushes each and every duct. They remove the blower fan and clean that and the register, while I get ready for work. I had to leave for work, and DID NOT mind leaving these two in my house, I felt completely comfortable letting them finish up and lock my house in my absence! Upon my return, the work was done, door locked, all messes cleaned... my ceilings were even vacuumed!! Best of all I could smell and feel the difference that truly clean vents make!
