Clean Force One provided an estimate over the phone and after making an appointment the crew (Kevin and Aaron) arrived as scheduled and ended up doing one of the best carpet cleaning jobs that I have ever experienced. They placed corner guards on the walls to prevent scuffing and vacuumed prior to cleaning. My carpet was thoroughly cleaned, had a fresh smell, and within a few hours all areas were completely dry. We are very satisfied with the professional service from this provider and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Heidi texted me a few days prior to remind me of the appointment. I hadn't forgotten, but I thought it was a nice touch. People are busy these days. On the day of, Kevin texted me prior to arrival. He arrived on time with another young man. They were both very pleasant. Answered all my questions. I left and went to work. When I returned, my house smelled so wonderful. The carpets had been cleaned several times in the years that I have lived there, but not like this! They did a fantastic job! I can only imagine how clean my air ducts are. They also cleaned my area rugs for me at no extra charge. The price was higher than I would have liked, but I believe you get what you pay for... and I got cleaner air and cleaner carpets!!! Worth it!!!

They were punctual, professional, clean and did an absolutely wonderful job. Worked around my schedule, showed up on time, reasonably priced and great to work with. They were very organized and clean and kept my house very clean while they did the work; left no trace when they were done, other than two very clean air conditioning units and ducts!! I would use them again, they could not have done a better job.

They did a better than average job, there were some areas of our carpet that they didn't' or couldn't get the stains out of however along the crevices of the baseboards; but overall a pretty good job! Yes we would recommend them, just wish we could get the stains out of our carpets. Also they do tile cleaning as well, but the price is far much more than carpets.

It went exceptionally well. Even though they were rated as the best, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional they were.

Scheduled appointment and they called to remind us. Arrived on-time. Started to work right away after a walk thru of areas to be cleaned. They were even able to almost completely remove some cat urine spots. These spots had been there a while and we had unsuccessfully tried to remove them. Excellent job.

This information came up as Heidi and I tried to schedule a time for my carpet and upholstery cleaning. She was more concerned about my husbands's health and our situation than locking me in to an appointment. She was knowledgeable, kind, and sincere. We did get our work done and everything looks absolutely beautiful. We had waited longer than advisable to have the carpet cleaned, yet it looks like new! The odor of the cleaners they used are fresh and light. Kevin and Justin were absolutely professional and polite. Kevin and Heidi Babcock run a professional company from their office staff to their expert cleaning. They were courteous, prompt and provided much advice for improving the air quality in our home. The actual cost was less than the estimate. Setting up the cleaning was very easy and they keep in contact after the work to ensure we are satisfied. I would use their services again and recommend them for any cleaning job. True PROFESSIONALS!

I got a response the same day I left a message. The process they use was explained and the estimated cost was given. The two workers arrived on time and moved the recliner next door so that all three pieces were in the same building. The furniture was quite dirty and they did an excellent job of restoring the sofa and loveseat to new look. The recliner was old but they did improve it considerably. They finished on time. Both men were pleasant and easy to work with. I will certainly use them again as needed and refer to them anyone looking for that kind of service.

This is the second time I used this company. I was very satisfied. I knocked them down a little for punctuality because my original appointment had to be moved (this may have been my fault-there was a miscommunication so I didn't knock them too much on it). The service is good and the customer service is top knotch. I would highly recommend this company for any of their services.

Overall, very impressed with Heidi and employee that performed the job. Because there was a communication error on our part. Without hesitation went above and beyond to satisfy there customers which was very impressive to me! As well as how knowledgeable Heidi is in her profession. Showed excellent work ethics! Cleanforce One was very professional, informative and prompt. They are definitely experts in their field and although I found them slightly higher in price that other comparable estimates I feel they were well worth the extra money. They were prompt, cheerful & courteous. They kept the dirt on a tarp and completely and tidily replaced it afterward. Would definitely use them again and wouldn't waste my time on contacting other companies!

Clean Force One did a good job, they send little notes after they are done and they send little tips on how to clean stuff yourself. We got a good deal and they were probably cheaper than everybody else but they were thorough and professional.

My overall experience with them was pretty good. They were right on time. They were quick and the price was cheap. I also got some cleaning products from them. My ex wife spilled some nail polish on the carpet and it was there for a very, very, long time and they were actually able to get it all the way out, so I was really impressed. They do have quite a bit of products that they make themselves and I actually use some of them. They are a pretty good company.
