The job we done very well. There were some delays due to the heat, but otherwise, everything went as planned.

He is a good guy he is down to earth. And he will be there when he says that he will be. He is very professional I will use him in the future to remodel a rental home that I have

Because it was such a small job, he and his son came out on a Saturday. They cleaned out the gutters and repaired a few cracks in the foundation and make room in their schedule to do it. They were pretty busy at that time so I was pretty impressed that they came out to do such a quick, short, cheap job.

We didnt select this company to make fixes, because we found someone cheaper and equally good in service. But I had good experience with A-1, the individual was very professional and visited our place quickly to give us a quote. He was detailed oriented and easy to work with. Even though, we didnt pick this service at this time, we would definitely consider this in future.

The contractor arrived on time and evaluated what work needed to be accomplished. He advised my wife of what he would have to do after an on-the-roof examination. He was very professional in his approach and was fair in his estimate. he was unable to complete the work in one day and had to return. He returned when promised and finsiehd all the work required. he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. I will keep his number on speed dial when we need other work performed around the house.

He came out for an estimate. My husband told him everything he wanted done. He told us he would get back with us with an official estimate. We never heard anything else from him. 1/31--Just logged into my Angie's List account and noticed the response from A-1 Medic on 9/29/12. He stated an email was sent to us. This statement is untrue. Not sure if he had an incorrect email or not, but we never rec'd an email. A phone call would have been nice! Not nice to assume when you are suppose to be a professional.

The tile backsplash cost me $400 and it was $20 for spray painting each cabinet door. The quality of the work and the cleanup were very good. The person concerned was very professional. He emailed me the estimate. He did what he said he was going to do. He does lots of different things around the house which is good. I am going to use him again to work on the gutters the week after next. He is going to repair some damage to my gutters. In terms of the price, I had looked around.

A-1 House Medic was professional in every way, from initial contact to estimate to showing up to do the job. They completed the job exactly on schedule, and the product was a completely new structure, freshly and well painted, anchored with lag bolts so that even the strongest wind can't blow it over.I was blown over, however, by the quality, professionalism and price, and would have no hesitation to use these folks again.

They came and did the job. The work was pricey. It rained while doing the work and the roof was not properly covered. They were supposed to come back and fix the interior of the roof but they never did. The guy himself that owns A-1 was good to work with but the people he contracted with were not good and did sloppy work.

A-1 House Medic called me right back and was available to come out and look at the issues we were having at the house. I found him very friendly and easy to work with. He looked at the issue, which was some soggy flooring due to a water leak, and he informed me he believed it was initially a builder problem. He suggested I call the builder and if I still needed to call him after that if I still needed him. The builder came out and decided it was definitely their issue and they repaired the problem. So, A-1 House Medic didn't end up actually doing service for me but he came out to look and he gave me good advice.

Neal and Rick did a great job. They were not expecting to have to put two coats of paint on the exterior walls of the house but they did it without an additional charge. Rick did a great job of fashioning cedar trim for our windows which really makes them and quot;popand quot; and adds so much to our house. They made helpful suggestions for choosing the best type of paint for our siding and paint colors. They worked steadily on some very hot days when it was almost too hot to be outside. The heat made it necessary for their work days to be short, but they came most every day. They had to put off spraying the deck and fence with water sealer because it rained daily almost the whole month of August, but on August 31st, they completed the job. They did a fantastic, professional job. Our house is just beautiful now. We have received many compliments from our neighbors about their work. We will definitely call A-1 House Medic again when we're ready to do some interior work.

I highly recommend him, he did what he said he was going to do and it was done in a professional way. I am very pleased with the work he did. I don't have anything to the compare the price with but I think it was good.

The owner was very responsive with the initial reply and setting up the date. We had some delay on finishing the deck due to weather, initially, then I just didn't hear from him for a while. The quality of work for the deck was great. He removed all the furniture from the deck prior to washing and then again prior to staining - we had put the furniture back on the deck while waiting for him to come back. We were very satisfied with the staining of the deck, the color looks great. The power washing of the house was overall good. Some of the white trim still has a bit of green on it, mold or plant residue or whatever. I don't know what it is but it is still there. We did ask that they not use any detergents or bleach because of the gardens around the house, which may have contributed to the less than optimal result, but that wasn't mentioned in our initial discussions. The power washing broke one of the bulbs from our external flood lights, which Neil said he would replace, but hasn't..

Overall experience was extremely positive. Within an hour of sending the initial email, I was contacted to set up a time to conduct an estimate. The price quoted was straightforward and extremely reasonable. The work was conducted over a period of two days and the quality of the work done was very good. After the siding repair was made, he had excess material that he said he had no use for and that I could use in the future if I needed it. This company is straightforward, honest, and professional. I highly recommend them and plan on using them for any future work that I need accomplished.

Neal did a great job, he completed the job as promised, was here every day until it was done, the quality of his work is excellent. I have no complaints and will definitely use him again.

The owner is Neal Turner. He is excellent. He is a very hands-on type of man. He is so busy I don't know how long people would have to wait to get to him but he is well worth the wait if you need something done and want someone that you can depend on.

They did a great job. They were punctual, curteous and professional. When the paint didn't seem to adhere in some places from the sprayer, he hand painted 1/3-1/2 of the fence. We are so pleased with the work and will be calling on A-1 House Medic for all of our handman needs in the future!

They came out and helped me. They were really good. They were very nice, on time and didn't charge me much. The service was quick as well.

Originally hired to repair warped deck and stain, but decided to also have them paint a front section of the house that had some discoloration. Turns out it was just some dirt/dust from the overhang of the roof that made it appear that our front exteriorof the house was two different colors. The contractor seamlessly powerwashed the house and fixed our deck. He answered on the first call and was able to quickly come out to the house. He did an amazing job and A-1 will be our first choice for our future projects we want to complete this Spring.

I called him 3 times and finally he got back to me, and said he didn't get back with me as his father died, but, he didn't tell me that before. I give him a little lower ratings than high ratings, but I would use him again in the future.

We were thoroughly pleased with his price and him. We had a wonderful experience with him; the price was right, he was here when he said he would be and did what he said he would. Everything went perfect and I will use him again in the future.
