Description of Work: Jeff ran a new natural gas line for gas logs and a new tankless water heater. He also installed the tankless water heater. Great guy, reasonably priced and finished when he said he would.

+ 0 moreCalled up 3 plumbers, Jeff was the only one who returned our messages. He asked some probing questions over the phone and we set up a time for an inspection of the water heater. He review the water leaking and quoted us a price as well as made a recommendation to maintain the water heater to code. We scheduled another time for him to come out and perform the repair. He was prompt for all appointments and when he finished he showed us how to work the new water heater. Very professional.

Description of Work: I switched my yearly maintenance contract from M-Jenkins after researching reviews and prices. The Dulin head man came out and later had a tech check my A/C unit and add Freon. They are due out in about ten days for the fall heat system check-up. Thus far, good dealings, reasonable prices and a sense of fairness...My elderly A/C unit made it through summer---I keep the thermostat at 80 to minimize wear and stress on system. It may be able to handle another summer! The $ 78 is half of the yearly service contract..the rest will be due in January 2015...Total cost of $ 156 better than the $ 215 from M-Jenkins. And Dulin has at least one tech on call over weekends.

+ 0 moreHe has done a lot of work for me like he has put gas pipe, put in the drain and also has done vented system. He has an excellent small businessman, courteous and professional. His prices are good. I like everything in him like his quality of work. I have even called him over the year just to ask questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would use him again for putting in new gas logs.
Description of Work: Jeff Dulin is the plumber that I have used several times. I have used him basically in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The last time I used his services was in November of 2011. He extended the gas line up to the deck that I built last time.

+ -1 moreHe came out very promptly and did the work as he had promised. He explained the meter and how I can adjust it for home water pressure. I can't see the soddering job in the ground so I can't attest to that, but I was happy with his service and would call him again if I need a plumber.

+ -1 moreJeff was amazing. I had an estimate from another plumber that it would take 2 hours and $260 to install just my water purifier. Jeff did all that I listed above in under 2 hours. I believe the water purifier only took 30 minutes. His rates are extremely fair. $75/hour. And the hour starts when he gets to your house.. no travel fees. He does not pro-rate the hour, but his rate and efficiency is so incredible that it was totally OK with me! It was nice to find someone that I trust, his rates are great and I know I can count on him. Jeff worked for his family's plumbing service for years. He has 16 years of experience as a plumber.. and you can tell.
Description of Work: Jeff unblocked two drains, fixed a leaky toilet, a leaky shower, removed a dog shower attachment from the second shower and put in my water purifier in under 2 hours!
