Description of Work: I received a a/c tune up & refrigerant was added to the system. All questions I asked were answered. I was educated about my system. Very professional. Only drawback was the he was 2 hours late! Even though I received a call prior.....it threw my existing plans off.

Description of Work: We have an old system that was in need of refrigerant, when the vendor arrived he noted that the system was very old, recommended that we make $350 + worth of repairs, but then said that we did not need any refrigerant.

Description of Work: Asked the company to diagnose a peculiar noise in the air-handler of my HVAC system. Though he spent time looking around, he could not resolve the issue. However, he concluded that the contactor (power relay) in the condenser unit outside needed to be replaced due to corrosion on the terminals, so I authorized that. Weeks later, the noise disappeared without intervention. It remains a mystery.
