24/7 service is a joke if they can't make it for 240+ hrs ... Called my normal company, to pay out of pocket and file a claim. They came out in about an hour, replaced a contactor for 150 (which in included parts and labor) and had me frigid again in no time. I also saw that AirXtreme s cost for an annual PM is ~150 for a unit. I pay 160 for both my units from my current company.

This was a $49 big deal purchase and it turned out good. They did the work right away, just a day or two after I bought the deal. They were prompt, courteous and did what they were supposed to do.

The service went fine. It is usually that they find something that needs to be replaced. There was just a little bit of a delay. He had misplaced my information and had originally thought it was a Charlotte location. It was actually Concord and there is a street and house address the same as mine in Charlotte, but I made that mistake previously myself so I am more understanding. I had to pay for the parts that he replaced. I paid $130 plus the Angie’s List Big Deal that I have already paid. So, I paid a total of $180. The price was for typical air conditioning service. It was competitive. I would use him again in the future, but it all depends on what his services charges are at the time because I think he comes from Indian Trail and I do not know if he charges more to actually come here. This is just an Angie’s List special. I would use him again based on the service that he has provided and as long as he is competitive with what he charges.

Pretty well.. It took a couple of tries to get them out here.. but the service tech and Customer Svc rep were friendly. The tech correctly identified my condenser freeze up issue.. and added freon. That solved the problem and the unit is running well. The price of the freon was reasonable.. I have had it quoted much higher

They were absolutely great. I suspected that it needed some Freon and he came out and found some additional things and took care of it. I talked to him over the phone and his explanation was very clear and spot-on. He was able to get in within a week. He was within 30 minutes of when he said he would be there and he called before coming, which I really appreciated. So, air-condition is working great now.

Did not go. Although they advertised their service area to include Mooresville, after we accepted the deal with Angie's they backed out. contacting us 3 days after we signed up and said they do not service Mooresville. As a result we had to wait almost two weeks to get a refund even though the charge was due. That is false advertising and this is the second time an Angie's contractor has failed to keep their side of the bargain.

The company's service technician (Roderick) presented as competent, professional, and quiet. My appointment was for 10:00 a.m. He called at approximately 9:00 a.m. and indicated that he was running ahead of schedule and could be at my home in ten minutes. That was fine for me and I indicated my approval. He arrived at 9:10 a.m. and promptly went to work, checking the A/C component in the attic and the main unit outside. He was finished by 9:30 a.m. I have used other firms in the past for tune-up services on a twice yearly basis -- once in the spring for the A/C and once in the fall for the heating system. Never has the A/C tune-up been completed so quickly. And, yes, I may have been spoiled in the past, but no mention was made of checking the air filters in the house.

The air conditioner seems to be running smoother and now doesn't run continually all day. I recently bought the house and wanted to make sure the A/C was serviced.

The work, which took three days to complete, went smoothly. The Rodrick and his crew were professional, punctual and cleaned the house up at the end of everyday making sure that I was pleased with their work.

AC broke down, he called me and said he would be at my house in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later he showed up. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely use him again.

He was able to come earlier than originally planned and called ahead to see if that was alright. He was very professional, informative, and courteous. He spent his time examining all aspects of what could be wrong with our upstairs AC unit and when he discovered that it was low on freon he even looked for a possible leak, after learning this had happened before, and didn't even charge us for that.

He has done very reasonable, professional-grade work at a fair price. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I have referred him to a lot of friends and neighbors. He is extremely conscientious. He was last here in October for winter heating service and he will be back in the spring to do the air conditioning service.

He is very nice. He was very good, efficient and he showed up on time.

They are great. They are wonderful. I have been using them for years. I have a townhome but only have one unit. When he comes to maintain my unit, he changes it seasonally so that the heat will go downstairs in the winter and in the summer the cool comes upstairs.
