Very well. Everything the tech did was explained and his method was logical and systematic. Thoroughly professional and competent. Very good experience with this company. They also came out the same day I called for an appointment.

The annual cost is like 550 bucks. I have four systems. Some people might see that price as kind of exorbitant for an annual heating and air conditioning maintenance fee, but we have literally four different compressors for the house and the detached garage apartment. I have been using them for a while. They are really flexible on their scheduling and they are really good on follow-through. They have helped extend the life of my HVAC systems. They work really independently. I do not have to be looking over their shoulder when they are doing the work. They are very professional in getting it done and do not trouble me anymore than I needed to be troubled.

Air Central of the Carolinas was awesome. We had 4 different companies come out and provide a quote. Wesley was the most thorough - really taking into consideration our whole house and what unit would best suit our situation, while explaining all of the options we could choose from and what he would recommend. We definitely got the best quality unit for the lowest price. When Wesley heard we had been without A/C for nearly 10 days, he had his crew out to install the following day - and it was a holiday weekend! He actually left us with a portable A/C unit to use in our bedroom for the night until they arrived in the morning. Wholeheartedly recommend this company!!!!

On time, clean and orderly removal and set up. Should be seeing lower usage costs per month from Piedmont Gas. Got a new American Standard thermostat, WiFi connection.

Zach headed up the installation team and the degree of courtesy, professional and conscientiousness was bar none. The install was smooth and Zach let me know at different intervals how things were going. I cannot say enough about Air Central of the Carolinas and the excellent work they did in replacing my systems. The team laid drop cloths down and moved rugs to avoid any problems during removal of the old system. The thermostats were replaced and you never knew the wall had been touched neat job. Wesley was more than accommodating with the installation time and dates. I would highly recommend this company for the pride taken and the excellent customer service. I highly recommend Air Central of the Carolinas for their excellent workmanship.

Tech did a great job, did not try to upsell me. He replaced a conactor on the outside until that had burned out and checked that the compressor was drawing the correct amps

We purchased an Angie's List coupon to have Air Central do A/C tune-up/beginning of the season check. The service man that came to our house was very professional and explained what he would be doing and the status of our system. We have since purchased a service contract with them as we feel they are a company that we can trust.

I am thrilled with the service I received from Air Central of the Carolinas. I received same day service on a very hot day to repair my AC. I have talked to another company who couldn't come out five days. The technician was friendly efficient and professional. I will certainly recommend Air Central of the Carolinas to everyone.

My neighbors use them. They were really good. I would give them A+ on everything. I would definitely use them again and I referred them to a friend. He already used them. The price and professionalism stood out to me. They were able to hook up a loaner air conditioning unit in my house so I could stay in my house for the week that I needed to wait for them to come out and install the units. Most companies don't do that.

It went great. I spoke to them on the phone on Sat. morning at about 9:20 am and they were here and finished by 10:45! The ignitor switch on my gas furnace had gone out and he replaced it. The cost included the parts, labor, and service call charge. Given that this was on a Saturday and my furnace is 16 years old - I think they charged us a very reasonable price and didn't try to upsell us. The technician was very friendly and professional (I believe it was John). I would definitely recommend them'

Returning home one day smelled gas and called piedmont gas. They had to shut gas off to furnace. Called Air Central of The Carolina's and technician came out Sunday morning. The heat exchanger was cracked which tech showed me. He called Wesley a family member from the business to see if he could come out and talk to me about a new system as our coldest weather to date was approaching. Wesley spent a couple hours with me on Sunday afternoon which was probably one of his few days off. My husband had just passed away a couple weeks before so I was very emotional at this time and needed someone to guide me through this as my husband had always taken care of HVAC issues. Wesley was so knowledgeable and really educated me about different systems. His compassion and kindness also helped me through it. They installed new system four days later. Arrived on time and every air central tech was professional and polite. Install went smoothly and they checked existing duct work as house was 22 years old. Repaired and resealed any duct work that needed it. Installed programmable wifi thermostat and Wesley helped set it up and made sure I knew how to use it. They also checked my other system before they left to make sure it was working properly too. They make customers their number one priority and treat your home as if it is theirs. I always look for companies that are honest, dependable, and have the utmost integrity. Air Central is one of those companies. Thank you to the entire crew that worked at my house, and a special thanks to Wesley for going the extra mile and helping me through a major purchase during a difficult time for me.

Fixed the problem, dirty igniter. Cleaned it, took approximately 45min. A little pricey.

The provider was responsive, did what they said they would, when they said they would do it and was courteous. We love doing business with this company, they are a trusted service provider.

We found Air Central thru Angie's list several years ago when we started having issues with our upstairs air conditioner. We had some early warm weather this spring and the upstairs air conditioner was not working. We hadn't planned on replacing it, but the cost of coolant has skyrocketed and it really didn't make sense to continue trying to limp along with the old unit. Air Central confirmed what we believed all along - the unit was slightly undersized by the builder. Air Central provided proposal to replace the unit and offered no interest financing to help with the large cost. The new unit was installed in a day and the results have been amazing! This is the most comfortable summer since the home was built 11 years ago. As a matter of fact, a couple of the upstairs bedrooms were too cool, but Air Central came back and made some air flow adjustments free of charge. Air Central is an excellent service partner. We have consistently received excellent service, prompt response, good advice, and fair pricing. We highly recommend this provider. We'll call them again when the downstairs unit needs to be replaced.

We got 4 estimates on replacing our ac/heating unit after it went out in November during freezing temperatures. They were the only ones who actually listened to what we wanted and answered all of our questions on the different units, seer and other questionable things we were not sure about. Very helpful, knowledgeable and once we notified them that we wanted to go with them on the new unit, they started right away (just a couple days later) and I remember it was 32 degrees and raining outside that day. They did not stop until they had the unit in and working. Great company to put your confidence in getting the work done! I would highly recommend them to everyone. I put a review on here for this company earlier this year but I could not find it. It might have had something to do with the fact that I used my phone to do the review and it did not go thru. I just wanted to make sure this place got the review from us, they truly deserve!

Mr. Breece came out on the 4th of July holiday to provide service for a customer who had never used his business before! When our air conditioning unit went out on a holiday, I wasn't very hopeful we'd get a business out to help us. Especially since we'd never had a problem with our unit before, so we hadn't established a relationship as a customer with anyone yet. I went to Angies List to check on highly rated businesses and chose Air Central of the Carolinas. I also like the fact that he accepts credit cards. I called the business and to my surprise, Mr. Breece said he would check out our air conditioning unit. He did tell me up front that since it was the holiday, the service call fee would be more. He then told me how much more. He provided me with a window for his approximate arrival and said he would call when he was closer. He did all of this. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, had the necessary part with him and made the repair in a short period of time. Mr. Breece handled himself in an honest, knowledgable,reliable, manner and I won't hesitate to use his business again. In fact, that day I purchased a service check-up,that I intend to use in the near future.

I highly recommend this company for their services. We had an issue with our 12 year old A/C coil unit leaking into our closet from our attic. Wesley is who we spoke with and he came out on a sunday to give us a quote. He came into our home with booties on his shoes, he hand picked up insulation off of the ground from the attic when he was done, which some of it was already there before he got here. Price was 4,800 up to 10k depending on what kind of service we wanted to go with. We chose to have a new A/C unit, coil, and zone system put in, this was the best option for our 2 story 1800 sqft home. We always had an issue with our upstairs not cooling off properly and not heating properly during each part of the year. They came out at the end of the week on a Friday and started at 9:30 am and finished around 6:30pm. The next morning after Wesley came out we decided to go with this company, and since we did they sent out a service tech "Dwayne" within a matter of a couple of hours to blow out our drain line and put in Freon into the unit to get us by until Friday. On Friday, Mike, Alex, and I believe Andrew came out to our home and did the work. They put runners down all throughout our home, they started work right away. THESE GUYS TOOK A TOTAL OF 20 MINUTE BREAK ALL DAY LONG. They worked non-stop to finish the job. They wired and installed a new A/C unit, coil, zone system to split the upstairs and downstairs, and some duct work. Their work was absolutely beautiful work, so nice, neat, clean. They spent most of the day in the attic doing this duct work and coil / zone system. All of this in 85 degree weather outside, imagine what it was in the attic. These guys did such a great job just from the start I bought them pizza and soda for lunch, and again this is the only time they sat down. Wesley came out a few times to check on the status of the work. These guys did absolutely wonderful. Very nice, clean, great work, and even the inspector said it looked great. Also, Mike found a kink in a copper line outside by the a/c unit leading into the house, which no one else found. They replaced that at no extra cost. They did wonderful. This company was side by side with another company that we were thinking about going with out of 6 contractors. We chose this company because of the quality of service, the extra mile Wesley did while he was here the first day on a SUNDAY, and the fact that on consumers report "American Standard Brand A/C Unit" is number one for reliability. Thank you Wesley, Dwayne, Mike, Alex and Andrew - you all did a great job and we really appreciate everything you all did for us. FYI- this company also has a rebate with Duke Energy on Energy efficient units which Wesley did mention while he was here, to help us out with cost.

The owner of the company talked to us and explained what they would do. The crew showed up on time and were very organized and fast. The new system went in, in a day and a half. They explained in detail what they did and how to maintain the system. The clean-up was amazing, you would never have known they did anything, except to see the new system. I would definitely hire them again.

From start to finish they met all my expectations. They provided a complete and detailed estimate. I had recv'd three estimates for the work and they were very competitive. On the day the work was to be performed, they arrived on time and completed the entire install in one day. They were clean, curteous and very professional.

I called to schedule maintenance service on my A/C unit before the summer heat set in. I scheduled the soonest available appointment (June 4) for regular maintenance which was 3 weeks from my call. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. When he was done, he reported back to me that the unit was in great shape for its age (about 20 years) and recommended an air filter that would work better with the unit and was cheaper than the one I had. He was professional and friendly. It was clear why his schedule was booked up for several weeks and definitely worth the wait.

Every aspect of dealing with this company was a pleasure an I will not hesitate to call them again if any HVAC work is needed. When I called and requested a quote, I was able to set the day and time when they would come. Wesley came promptly when promised, I explained my situation, and told him what we needed done. He completed his quote with two options that would meet my needs, and answered all of the questions I had. After my quote process was done, (I had three other companies quote the job) their prices were about in the middle, but factoring in the research I did on the manufacturer of the system, the service, and the knowledge of the representative, we decided to go with Air Central. On the day of the installation I was not able to be at home when they arrived, so I called and let them know. They responded that it was not a problem, they would do all of their outside work first. By the time they needed to get in the house, I would be home. The installers were all very courteous, neat, and were able to answer the additional questions that I had.

I like everything. They were quick to come out, they followed up, thy were responsive, very professional and very helpful.

Everyone at Air Central was very friendly & prompt when returning our phone calls or emails. Wesley was very patient and helpful answering our questions and searching out financing options. The team that installed our furnace was very professional and stayed until all our questions about the new system were answered.
