Ben Simmons and his Titan Moving Systems Company have set a new standard for moving companies! It will be extremely difficult, if not impossible, for competitors to match the service provided by Ben and his people. The big companies we have used in the past can't begin to compete with the personalized, excellent service which we experienced and to which Ben is committed. We have moved six times and we have NEVER experienced a professional team such as the Titan team! Ben is a very caring, responsive, knowledgeable, experienced and professional owner of the company. We were impressed with Ben from the very first telephone call to him to learn about his company. He was always available and if he happened to be busy at the moment we called, he was quick to return our call and was never rushed to complete the call. We never felt as though he was not available or not totally interested in us as his customers. It was as though we were the most important people in his life throughout the move preparations and the move itself. We truly felt as though we were. His responsiveness, friendliness, cooperation, accommodation, and professionalism were exactly the kind of customer service that is missing in virtually every service company today. We simply can't describe the commitment to service Ben made us feel, and his carefully selected people carried through the Titan commitment to service at every turn. Preston is a superior team leader, packer and driver, and each member of his team, Patrick, Josh, Chase, Jason and Trish, were all outstanding individuals whose personalities are perfect for providing the best customer service imaginable. If you want a trouble free, hassle free, pleasant, yes, pleasant, moving experience, you must call Titan. Everyone agrees that moving is one of the most stressful situations one can experience, right up there behind death and divorce. The Titan team took all of the stress out of moving and their professionalism and caring for our belongings went far beyond any service we could imagine from a moving company. Titan moved us from North Carolina to Tennessee. Because of our need to store much of our furniture and boxes while we search for a lot on which to build a new home, we had a unique delivery situation. Preston and his people met all of our requests efficiently and without a question. They worked extremely hard from the time they arrived to begin packing until the last minute when everything was in place at the new location. These are some of the strongest and smartest movers we have ever seen. We have not found one scratch on any item or the walls and floors at the "from" location or the "to" location. We did some of the packing ourselves and tried to have as many of our items that required expert handling, ready for the professionals. They handled our Steinway Grand piano with the utmost care and the most professional white glove treatment we could ever have hoped to receive. They carefully shrink wrapped all of our furniture, labeled all of the boxes they packed and made certain each item was delivered to the specific room we designated. Ours was a very large move but Ben and his team diligently and precisely cared for every detail. The price of the move was not only competitive, it came in lower than the competition. We even received thanks from the family who is moving into the house we vacated for taking such great care of the house during the move. This is very unusual and it can all be attributed to Ben and his people. The team handled everything with great care, padded everything that should have been padded, and even placed adhesive furniture protector pads on the legs of all of our furniture before it was ever placed on the floor at our new location. They were equipped with rolls of different size pads and always had the right one available. They had all the right tools and all in the right hands for as perfect a move as anyone could want. We would use Ben and his company again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the superior service Ben, Preston, Patrick, Josh, Chase, Jason and Trish. You have a team that works together like a fine tuned clock. We sincerely hope you stay together so that each of you can continue to enjoy the success of a major league team.

Very professional. The team took good care of our furniture, worked hard , and upon arriving in new home, promptly placed felt pads on feet and legs of all furniture to protect hardwood floors. Super impressed!

Our experience with Titan Moving Systems is always pleasant. From start to finish they are very professional, easy to schedule, communicate clearly and very competitive pricing. Titan Moving Systems wraps and safely secures all TVs, nice art work etc. They also disassemble and reassemble all bed frames, cribs and other furniture.

Ben and the guys are great! Titan came highly recommended to me, and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. Between May and September I had Titan move furniture to resale, followed by my household to storage, and the remaining to an apartment. 3 months later they moved us from storage and the apartment to our new home. The guys were so polite and worked hard and fast, but also worked as a team to ensure our furniture and belongings were handled with care! I really hated saying goodbye to such a nice group of young men at our final destination. Its always nice to be in the company of people who are kind and respectful. I don't plan to move any time soon, but Titan Movers would be my first call and I will continue to recommend them!

Our experience with Titan was fantastic. Ben was responsive, patient and accommodating. We've used about a dozen moving companies in the past, and we've never before worked with such a careful, meticulous group. The guys work great as a team and are professional and courteous. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Titan Movers assisted us a couple of weeks ago and I could not be more pleased with the work they did. From the first impression of the streamlined trucks pulling in and their cleanliness inside and out, I promised Ben I would be more than happy to review and recommend! This was my fourth major move from house to house. I have utilized other larger competitors and Titan Moving Systems has them all beat, hands down. The crews worked quickly and efficiently, and thoroughly prepped both homes before beginning. They moved my baby grand piano seamlessly along with multiple heavy bedroom sets, formal and living room furniture with no damage. The crew was very organized and Ben communicated with my husband and I throughout the entire process letting us know their progress, breaks, lunches and if they had any questions. -This is precisely what excellent service looks like. I have already recommended Titan Moving Systems to several friends relocating in the area and will continue to do so! Thank you Ben for turning a hectic process into a pleasant experience!

Titan was super responsive, thorough and professional. The quoting process was the most thorough I had seen and that made me feel very comfortable. I had a good feeling from the beginning and my expectations were met. The crew was efficient, kind, polite and professional. There are cheaper movers out there perhaps but Titan was worth every penny! I would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Titan Moving Systems enough! They were fabulous!!! Our move actually ended up taking 2 days and during 2 VERY hot and muggy days and not once did they complain. Ben, Preston, Michael & Dave were all extremely nice, respectful, professional and worked extremely hard. We had quite a bit of furniture and personal items and they handled everything with care, taking time to wrap each and every piece of furniture. The result was that everything arrived in one piece and was just like it was prior to moving. Ben was very open as far as communicating everything with me such as the process, his rates, timeline, etc. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW WONDERFUL THESE GUYS ARE! I hope that we don't move any time soon but if we do, I would call Ben again in a heartbeat. I will definitely recommend Titan to anyone who is looking to move.
