Do yourself a favor and PICK ANOTHER COMPANY If I could give zero stars I would 1. The night before my move they called trying to increase my rate which we had already agreed upon weeks prior in and estimate which was overestimated 2. They were 30 minutes late. And they 3rd guy was an hour late (but he was free because I refused to pay the upcharge they tried to get me to agree to the night prior) 3. Complaints about moving from a 3rd floor 4a. Damaged the stand 1 of my older televisions sits on. I replaced it for 20 bucks no big deal. Scratched my dresser. It’s old and I want a new one no big deal again. Left there wrapping plastic on a few items after I was assured they would not during my estimate. I had a bunch of other things to go in the trash no big deal again. 4. They damaged my BRAND new television. Worst part is during the estimate I asked if I should purchase a tv box and they assured me they could move it without incident. 5. Accused me of lying when I said my tv was undamaged prior to the move. But the lines are visible on my tv when it’s off so there no way they would have noticed 6 . Unresponsive when I questioned about the status of my insurance claim,. It’s been i month and I still can’t get a straight answer from them I should have held my final payment but they informed me that an insurance claim couldn’t be filed without it. I’ve informed my friends who referred me to this company of their negligence and they are no longer recommending them.

These guys worked their tails off. They were professional and careful. Shrink wrapped all the furniture. Put everything back together. They even put felt protectors on all the furniture legs to protect the new wood floors. They may not be the cheapest, but when you're moving your precious belongings you want the best, not the cheapest. Pricing was reasonable. Ben did a thorough inventory up front, and his estimate was spot on. I would use them again if I moved again, but I'm in my forever home now.

Everything went remarkably smoothly. I was very pleased.

Titan did a fantastic job! The owner, Ben is attentive and present to ensue everything goes smoothly. Tim, Anthony, and James were polite, efficient, and hard workers. This was a big move and they were careful, but also completed the job in the time frame expected. Actually they came in under the estimate. I highly recommend Titan. In fact, we are using them a second time for the move into our new home.

We interviewed Ben a few weeks prior to our move and didn't need to talk with anyone else. He is an impressive young man. The price range he gave us was exactly what we expected so there were no surprises at the end of the day. His crew of Anthony, James, and Reid were polite and pleasant to be around all day and they were respectful of our belongings. They worked hard from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and only took a lunch break. They did a great job! I highly recommend them.

From the time we first contacted Titan Moving Systems until the last moment of a two-day move, Ben made sure the job was done right. Though we needed their help with a “partial pack,” on the day of the estimate he not only encouraged us to do as much as we could but also guided us on how to be successful. Once we had signed the contract, the front office was terrific in the midst of worries over a complicated closing. With that crisis averted, the move went like clockwork. Our furniture, fine china, sculptures, and an extraordinary number of pieces of framed art arrived in perfect condition. (There was one minor exception and we declined Ben’s offer of compensation since he had clearly explained the risks involved with such a big collection.) Also a problematic office desk with attached shelves and file cabinets was taken apart and reassembled without hesitation, the same way the hard-working men moved an overload of books and art supplies without any hint of complaint. (All this going up and down stairs in both places!) Plus they placed furniture exactly where we wanted it, even when we were indecisive about how we wanted to arrange things. In short, ideal service at a reasonable price.

Company did not honor any contract terms

The moves went extremely well. I also had them pack up most of my house due to having limited time. They were the least expensive option, but I chose them because I felt like they were trustworthy. They did not disappoint. They did a fantastic job with almost no damage (a lamp shade was bent so no big deal). I would absolutely recommend their services!

Excellent! The team of movers were professional and handled the whole process with care and consideration for furniture and boxes.

The entire team was excellent from start to finish. Ben provided an "in home" visit to assist with his quote. Tricia (office) was also excellent throughout the entire process. Move day went smoothly, as the crew arrived on time and completed the move within the time estimated. I was very pleased with how the crew loaded and cared for our belongings. I highly recommend Titan!

Absolutely the best movers we have ever dealt with. We moved across the country 9 different times and have never had one go as smoothly as this one. They did everything they said they would do and did it on schedule. Ben and his crew are honest, hard working and treat your possessions as if they were their own. First Class organization. I highly recommend!

Super! Very hard working crew. Professional and go out of their way to work with you on your schedule. You can tell they are very busy so sometimes things get lost in communication but always gets put right. Would definitely hire again.

They were excellent. Arrived early, very professional, tightly wrapped one heavy and bulky item, swiftly moved everything without a single scratch to an item or to the locations being exited and entered. I had not had an on-site estimate prior to the move so also very professional and transparent with the paperwork and charges. Be aware there is a two-hour minimum and they are very efficient.

Wonderfully well. Titan crew showed up on time, wrapped furniture and moved everything to the new house. No time wasted - when they took their lunch break, clock stopped. Absolutely no damage - Our furniture and floors in new house were well protected. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Note: This is our second experience with Titan. Excellent job both times.

Ben and his team did an incredible job moving my family! It was two moves in one. One day we moved the family into an apartment and the second day everything else was moved into storage. The weather was horrible, but his team didn't miss a beat. I highly recommend Titan Moving Systems and plan to use them again in the summer when house construction is completed.

I was extremely impressed with Titan. I needed a mover to move my heavy furniture but not all of my household.I uploaded my furniture list to their website for a quote, but Ben contacted me because he wanted to come to the house to provide a more accurate quote and see the furniture. He and Angie came to the house and we walked room to room. He asked about several items that I had failed to include on my list, which was helpful since it’s been a while since I moved. Ben also visited my new house to see what they had to navigate to move the furniture in. On move day, Tim, Jason and James arrived a few minutes early. They could not have been more professional, courteous, hard-working, knowledgeable and careful. There were 2 really heavy couches that they had to get up and down tricky stairs, and they spent some time figuring out how to move it so it would not touch any walls. They left not one scratch anywhere in either house. They made the move as stress-free as possible. The price was better than competitors. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely wonderful group of guys! So professional and pleasant to be around-very efficient as well. Loved the fact they provided mounting services for our TVs! That was icing on the cake! They made sure the furniture was where we wanted it and would move it again if we wanted it in a different place. Highly recommend for anyone to use!

Wrapped furniture and handled so carefully there was no damage plus they put felt pads on everything that would touch my new wood floors. Very friendly and helpful and made move as stress free as possible.

I have to say I was completely surprised by Titan Moving. They were very professional, nice, courteous and overall did a great job. Over the years, my moving experiences have been sub-par and the crew from Titan really did a tremendous job coming in, explaining what they were going to do, when they were going to do it and executed. Very happy.

They went above and beyond. We last minute decided to tack on to our move and they accommodated us without complaint, well into a Friday night. The furniture was heavy and expensive and they handled everything with great care. Highly recommend them!

Excellent. Highly recommend. Unlike most movers, he came to my resident to give me an accurate price & suggestions to save money. His truck is larger & newer than most. The crew had more guys & they worked nonstop . His bid was significantly less than others Our closing was delayed & they were very accommodating.

Titan did a great job on moving out furniture and heavy and complex gym equipment form one location and delivering these items to 3 different addresses. They were prompt, friendly, and did an outstanding job of disassembling and re-assembling a large personal gym with lots of heavy weights. They came prepared with all of the necessary tools and equipment to do the job quickly and professionally. Outstanding job - and a pleasure to work with!

Easiest move I have made in a long time. Ben and His crew were fantastic to work with throughout the day. They took good care of our personal belongings, our home and they were a joy to be around. Their positive attitude was infectious! I would highly commend them.
