Oxymagic was prompt and did a very good job. I would definitely use them again.

They never returned my phone calls. Unfortunately, they were the company I had wanted to do the work as I believe I had used them once before. They previously did an excellent job, responded immediately, and were on time. I called five or six times, but they never returned my phone call. I have had the Big Deal cancelled and refunded.

Itwent extremely well. He was very professionl, arrived early & went tight to work. He worked hard and was finished in about an hour. The carpet was just damp and completely dry in 3 hours

Provided did a great job. Very little furniture moving so if you want a piece of carpet cleaned make sure to have it open and available for them when they get there. We didn't have any real stains, just general carpet cleaning needed, and for that purpose they did a great job. The smell was fresh and the dry time was about as expected for a wet cleaning.

Bill O'Neill, co-owner of Oxymagic, arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time. After pre-treating any stains, he cleaned all the carpeted areas in the house. To quote my 4 year old grand daughter, when she saw her room. - "Wow". He brought the carpeting back to the way it first looked. Not only am I pleased with his work, but I found Bill to be extremely personable and helpful as he answered any questions we had concerning caring for the carpeting. I would definately recommend Oxymagic to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service.

The provider was quick to respond to my call. They were prompt and efficient. I didn't notice light furniture being moved to get underneath unless I said something. Overall the product and cleaning went very well.

They did a great job, got out many stains and made a huge difference before our holiday visitors arrived. With 3 kids there was much to do to revitalize the carpet. We could nto have been happier and would definitely invite them back to our home.

The service was good. Some of the old stains kind of reappeared later but over all it was a smooth experience. I thought it was very expensive.

Billy was very professional from the moment he called to confirm his arrival time. He was thorough about all the spots/stains on my carpet and was successful in removing them. Explained the green products he uses and how safe they are and won't harm my dog.

I bought the $239 "Whole House" special on Angie's List. I'm not sure why my experience was worse than a lot of others, but it definitely was. I'm not usually one to complain, but honestly, I feel ripped off. This was my first experience with Angie's List and I'm not sure if I'll use it again. Let me start off with the few positives: They responded quickly via email to book. The morning of the appointment, the provider was on time and gave a 20-min courtesy call. The provider was polite overall. The cleaning agent didn't smell badly and it dried quickly. Now, the negatives: The process seemed to work OK at best--it didn't remove or lighten any stains. The few stains I did have weren't very severe. In fact, the provider specifically told me that the process does not remove "dye-based" stains--which includes pretty much everything: all drinks, food, etc. The special said 7 "areas," up to 2100 square feet. The provider cleaned approximately 1100 square feet and then told me that the other two rooms (approximately 300 square feet in all) would be $30 each. I only paid for him to clean one of them. So, I was still 700 square feet under the 2100. He charged me $15 per room for two rooms of deodorizer. When I went back and looked at the special, it actually included three rooms for free! Another $30 gone! The special says that closets are free. He didn't do any of them, even the master closet. He was reluctant to move furniture--I had to prompt him--and when he finished, he replaced one chair and left all the other furniture for me to move. He didn't move the loveseat or sofa, just cleaned around them. Gave me a hard time about accepting a credit card for the additional payment, because of the fees. I had to scrounge up $60 in cash.

Cleaned all rooms. Did a good job. No concerns. Would use them again.

I had responded to a special. However, I decided I wanted to add in additional work. I was happy to pay for it. I don't think that is all that uncommon when you get your carpets cleaned? I felt like I had to reiterate that I was happy to pay for the extra work, that I was not trying to take advantage of the company. In the end, the job was well done. The owner's husband was more relaxed an quite friendly. I just think I may have hit on an off day...or maybe they don't like surprises.

The representative was professional. He explained the process. He was efficient. The carpet dried quickly and it was much cleaner than before the carpet was cleaned.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out well. I also had some hallways and stairs that needed cleaning as well so there was an additional charge of $94 over the Big Deal price. They provided very good service; it was a step above your standard carpet cleaning.

He arrived right on time at 9am and as soon as the areas to be cleaned were identified he went right to work. He spotted the areas that needed extra attention. He performed his work quickly and efficiently and was in and out by 10:00am. We were pleased with the outcome of the service. The only thing that was not as advertised, was the amount of time it took for the carpets to dry. He said that usually they were dry in an hour, but due to the protectant he applied, that it would be about 2 hours until we could walk on them. As it turned out, there were still really damp spots in several places late that night and even after 24 hrs, they were still lightly damp. It wasn't a big problem for us...we just turned on ceiling fans and stayed off the carpets in those areas. However, it was much longer than he indicated it would be. I would rather be told a longer period of waiting, than expect a shorter one.

He was very professional and careful. The carpets looked great after he finished, and were dry within an hour. Note: if you want cleaning under furniture, it's normally not included, but I moved the bed and vacuumed, then he cleaned that space for me. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased a big deal from them and the power had turned in the house. We would have rescheduled the next day but the provider's wife had a death in the family. They to leave town that afternoon. I picked out someone else who took care of the carpet.

Billy called 45 minutes ahead of our scheduled time to inform me of a later arrival time due to traffic problems. This worked well for me so it was not a problem. When he arrived I identified the rooms and hall to be cleaned and he proceeded with the cleaning process. Afterwards he explained any residuals that may have been left and how to spot clean in the future. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided by OxyMagic and the professionalism of Billy.

it went well - house was nice and clean - although i forgot that they don' move furniture. Bummer on that one I might have prepared different if i'd read the coupon
