Provider arrived on time. They use a process which doesn't thoroughly saturate the rug so the surface is cleaned and the carpet is dry within a couple of hours. The house smells clean but not overpowered with scent.

Billy showed up on time and in uniform (and in a logoed vehicle) and the whole job was complete within 2 hours.

It was fine. They did a good job. It didn't take long for the carpet to dry. The price was good.

Great! The co-owner actually came and did our carpets himself. He was punctual, fast, and honestly, it was the best carpet cleaning we've ever had in the five years we've lived in our home. We have four dogs and he pulled an amazing amount of dog hair up, even though we have a great vacuum and use it constantly! The only reason I gave a B on price was because even though we got a deal through Groupon, they had a better deal the next month! But that always happens... We will definitely be calling them again!

Carpet cleaned about 1300 of my 1494 sq. ft. townhouse. Good job. Some stains remained, but a good overall job. Problem I have was that even though I purchased a "whole house deal up to 2,100 sq. ft., when I met him at the townhouse he told me it was limited to seven areas...The living room area counted as two. My whole townhouse is 1494 sq. ft. but I would have had to pay extra for the upstairs bedroom area. So much for the whole house up to 2, 100 sq. ft. Sounded a bit like a bait and switch but I am sure he has it covered in the fine print that I did not read. My bad. Liked the service of the job and the type of job he did..No strong odors afterwards. Carpet dried pretty quickly. I have seen coupons that I could have had the same sq. footage done cheaper through him, but again, that was my bad. Honestly, I got the whole house one because I didn't want to have to dicker with what is included in a five room deal or whatnot. But we had to dicker anyway. His math originally had only six areas (he twice counted it to seven) and I had to correct him. But still the bottom line. I didn't get the whole house done and was about 750 sq. ft. under the max sq. footage.

We weren't exuberantly happy with them, but it may have been our fault for allowing them to use the chemicals that they used. The rugs didn't actually look as clean as we originally wanted them to look like. I am very sensitive to peroxide and other chemicals.

Service was okay. No furniture was moved, nor were we given that option. The machine they used was a oversized spot shot. Not impressed at all. Spots did come back after a few weeks but just didn't want to call them back to have them come back again because u can rent a machine and do just as good of a job.

It was really good. They did a very good job. They were on time, very reasonable and very honest about what they could and could not clean. I would recommend them. I got them for $50, whose going to complain. They offered it on special. I think it was a living social special and we tried then I cross-reference them on Angie’s List. I always look for the best deals or something that have specials of it look at it but I would use them again.

Horrible total waste of money.

Great, he called to say he was on his way, and the estimated time he would get to the house. He arrived 5 min early, introduced himself and got to work. Looked at what needed to be done, and said he would do the best he could to get all the spots out. Went to work, and got done in the 2 hours that he said it would be. Moved furniture, coffee table and such back with the help of my husband, packed up and he was gone . The carpets look great and were dry in minutes. No chemical smell and most of the spots came out. I would use them again.

Overall Oxymagic's service was good and they were very responsive. Unfortunately my carpet was very soiled and I should have used a company that does extraction cleaning first and Oxymagic for maintenace. If your carpet is not very dirty Oxymagic's service will be great and they are very punctual, responsive and professional. It does not take the technician very long to complete the service.

OXYMAGIC OF THE CAROLINAS were nice to deal with and responsive and try to meet my schedule. The service was horrible. Everything was terrible. He immediately asked me about other companies I've used and all he did the entire time he was there was trash these other companies. As a business owner, you don't trash these other companies. I thought that was bad. The cleaning itself was bad. He was supposed to spray on cleaner and then turn on the machine and clean the carpets. He only squirted the cleaner on a small portion of the carpet. It was a very poor cleaning. I would never, ever consider using them again and would never recommend them to anyone. He was unprofessional and did not do a good job. The machine actually tore my carpet up, in spots. I have to hire another carpet cleaner to come in.

Billy called ahead to confirm and arrived on time. Was very pleasant. Ours was a new, empty house so no furniture to move or stains etc.. He was able to clean all the carpets in just over 30 minutes, and they were dry within an hour. Excellent and painless process.

He was very professional, kind, and courteous. The areas where there were a few spots. He could not remove. After he left, my husband took Resolve and scrubbed. The spots came up. Suggestion: Find a better spot remover

Carpets came out better than expected and sofa was spotless. We would definitely use them again.

It was fine. The Big Deal said it would dry in one hour. It took a good 3-4 hours to dry. The quality of the clean was excellent though and the price was awesome for what I got.

We had them come out and clean up after our hallway areas flooded from our washing machine flooded. We are not located in the same state, but it was simple for our property management company to schedule the appointment. I felt that the price was reasonable. Everything went well.

It went good. It looked really nice but when it dried out it popped up. There was one guy and he had done good. It took them only 45 minutes to do the work. If my carpeting did not have some spots on it he would have done great. He got the top surface and everything. The rest of the service was my fault because I told them not to have a dog in the house and they did. They did it fast and left. The problem was he didn’t get them to dry and that’s when it comes back up. The quality seemed okay. They were responsive. They were there right on time.

They were very prompt with service. Very friendly to deal with. Excellent job. In and out quickly but very thorough.
