Very well. Billy was on time and got the job done quickly. It was all exactly as Eileen had described.

It went smoothly start to finish. Our estimate was right on. The tech called as he was leaving his previous appointment to give us an ETA. He arrived a little early and finished everything in less than two hours. It looks great.

The business owners were very responsive to my inquiries for service. Provide costs for every room. We had two rooms that were "oversized" from a normal size room; a large rec room and an office/exercise space. They had a coupon price for the standard sized rooms and gave me an exact price for the oversized areas. They also cleaned a 9x12 wool area rug with red wine stains. The stains were old, but the rug looks much better than it did before. I didn't realize that two large walk-in closets were not considered part of the bedrooms, but Billy cleaned those anyway at no extra charge! He arrived at our house at the exact time that we had agreed on and he finished the job within the time they had estimated. The product is excellent for cleaning the carpets, but doesn't soak the pad. They were dry to walk on in about an hour and a half. We are very pleased with this service provider.

He arrived early- after a phone call to let me know he was on the way. Cleaned all the rugs we agreed on and was able to remove stains from one carpet that I thought was hopeless. I'm a happy customer.

They did a great job. Carpets look much better, and we had some difficult stains.... both pet and Kids. Some stains were not completely removed but a HUGE improvement. I will use them again.

Oxymagic contacted me immediately after I purchased the Angie's list deal. They showed up to perform the service within 3 days. They were able to remove all visible stains from the carpet and did an excellent job. We have a dog and they were able to remove all pet stains and odors. They were prompt, professional and quick. I highly recommend them.

I removed all the clutter and small furniture and vacuumed before he arrived as I had been told. He arrived on time and went to work. It appears that they go by rooms, not square footage so I had to pay a little extra. I was pleased with the results and will use that service again. The extra money was well worth it.

Overall, very pleased. There was one very stubborn stain they did not get out, but carpet was old and worn anyway. They showed up right on time and finished the job within a very reasonable amount of time. I did not notice any strong chemical smell either afterward.

Service provider provided a clear explanation of what they were doing, performed the work, and carpets were clean and dry 60-90 minutes after the clean was complete...overall great experience!

Technician called to say he would be there around 8:50 for out 9:00 appointment he was right on time at 8:50 he came in looked over what had to be done and started the process right at 9:00. He cleaned everything got spots out as well as now does not smell like dog. The whole thing was done and he was gone by 10:00. Job well done Wife was very pleased. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for Carpet Cleaning.

Carpets were clean and fresh, and not terribly wet. It was a good cleaning. I would use this service again.

Communication was excellent. They came when they said they would and did an excellent job! Highly recommended!

The provider was in and out in no time. Even though not included, he cleaned the rugs in the closets also. He did, however, put a little ding in my wall. Not noticeable, but he didn't acknowledge. I didn't notice until he left. This is the reason I didn't give all A's.

I've hired OxyMagic to clean our furniture and carpets twice and I've been happy with the quality of the work. I'd definitely hire them again!

The service tech was prompt, courteous and friendly, more than willing to explain the process and check for any special issues to address. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned, smelling fresh and looking very much revived. True to the promise, the carpets were dry in about an hour. I couldn't be more pleased.

This company's office staff was very punctual with the communication via A.List and had a competitive price. I like how the process uses very little water, gets the carpets *amazingly* clean, and dries in no time. Overall, I am VERY happy with the results!! What I am disappointed in is the lack of professionalism on the day of the clean. Bottom line - what was quoted was something that was debated on the day of. Our office and stairs that lead up to the office, did not get cleaned :(

Carpets in a new house where cleaned very well. Stains that I did not think would come out came out and it is hard to tell they where ever there.

They did great. We had used another company over the summer, and though the previous company made our house smell great, they didn't get most of the stains out of our carpets, which is kind of pointless IMO. Oxymagic left our carpets clean and stain-free. They did not move furniture to clean underneath, which the other company did do, but I guess it doesn't matter, right? I would hire them again.

Service was excellent! Came out right on time and were friendly and helpful. Carpets look the best they have in years and were dry in no time. I would definitely look to use them again. Great experience.
