My friend, Tricia Donovan, told me she had used Oxymagic to clean her couch and chair. She was so excited about the quality of the cleaning. I needed my carpets cleaned and one upholstered recliner chair. On Monday, February 27, 2012 I called Oxymagic. Eileen answered. I told her how Tricia had recommended them. I asked her for an estimate of what it would cost to do 4 bedrooms and a living room. She said, $174.00. I asked her if they would clean the carpet in the closet for the master bedroom. She said they usually did that free if it wasn't too big. I told her that it wasn't very big. Then I asked her how much it would be to clean a recliner chair. She said it would be $39.00. I've had my carpets cleaned by other companies in the past. I thought their prices were probably comparable to them. The website said that this type of cleaning got out allergens and didn't wet the carpet through and through, just on the top surface. The fact that it wouldn't take long to dry sounded good to me. Eileen asked me when I was thinking about getting my carpets done. I told her Wednesday. She said she had an opening at 11:00 a.m. I told her that would be great. On Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at about 10:15 a.m. Jonathan called and asked if it would be all right if he came about 30 minutes early. If he arrived at 10:35. I told him that would be fine. When Jonathan arrived, he introduced himself and asked me to show him the areas that I wanted cleaned. I showed him the four bedrooms, the closet, and the chair. I asked him how this worked. He said he sprayed the Oxymagic onto the carpet. It started working breaking down the dirt and the enzymes went to work. Then in five to ten minutes later he would vacuum it up. It would lift up all the dirt and grime and remove the stains from the top of the carpet. This system wouldn't push all the dirt and grime down into the carpet. He asked me if I had any more questions. I told him, "No." Then he said, "Then I'm going out to bring in my equipment and materials." He filled a spray container with the oxymagic with water from my kitchen faucet. Then he sprayed one room. While it was working he sprayed another. Then he went back and vacuumed a room when its working time was over. When he finished all the carpets, he asked me to go check to see if they were done to my satisfaction. All the new chocolate stains came out. Stains that didn't come out were old stubborn ink, paint, and coffee stains that had not come out with steam cleaning either. Then he worked on the upholstered recliner. All of the chocolate stains came out. It looks really good. It took more than 24 hours to dry because it was so stained and because upholstery holds water more than carpet. It took approximately 2 hours to clean the 4 bedrooms, one closet, and one upholstered recliner. I gave him a check for $213.00 made out to Oxymagic. I am a happy camper. I really appreciate how diligent Jonathan was in doing an outstanding job of personally attacking each stain to get rid of it. He cares about his job and he wants his customers to be happy with the service he gives them. I asked him if I called again and I wanted him to do my carpets next time, would they send him? He said that they would put him on his route. When someone like Jonathan goes out of his way to do an outstanding job, I want to have them to come back, because I trust them. Thank you, OxyMagic. Thank you, Eileen for hiring people like Jonathan. Thank you. Jonathan for working hard to clean my carpets and chair.

They were very good and helpful. There was a very difficult stain in one of my bedrooms and I asked for him to go over it again and he obliged. He took a lot of time to be very miticulous going over every little space he could. He was very professional and friendly. It was a positive experience.

I had them clean my upstairs carpets. They did a very good job, and I was very pleased with what they did. They were able to fluff the carpet up and they looked very good. I am planning on using them again in the next few weeks. They were everything that they said they would be. They told me what the price would be and were here when they said they would be. They did everything that I would expect.

We have two infants and were pleased with the results with the use of no harsh chemicals. Owner is extremely nice, responsive and professional.

I spent around $120 on that work. They did have to come back to fix a spot.

I purchased a foreclosure. The carpets were filthy, but I wasnt ready to replace them. I had scheduled Oxymagic to come on the Saturday after closing. However, at the last minute the appraiser insisted on the carpets being cleaned prior to closing. Oxymagic switched the cleaning date with no problem and showed up promptly. The carpets were cleaned and he added a deodorizer because it looked like pet stains. The carpet was much better after they were cleaned. A lot of stains did not come out, but it wasnt expected. I just wanted clean carpets and I feel that I got that.

They have a process that really fluffs the carpets up and makes them look nice. What is really good about this company is that they are very responsive; they will find a way to get the job done when I need it. One instance was on a Friday when I needed to show a house to some clients and I called them in the morning, they came out the same day.

The man who came out to the house was very professional and very nice. I know that he worked hard on our carpets; I just think that the process used (superficial scrubbing-type cleaning; not water extraction) doesn't work so well. All of the stains returned within a couple of days. There were some really old, really nasty pet stains from the previous owner; I knew that they might not come out. But recent juice and coffee stains came right back, which was a big disappointment. I really felt this was a waste of money--although the people were great, the results were not.
